This in an original song that is on Carrie Underwoods Christmas album titled My Gift that I highly recommend buying. She released the album last year then re released this year as a deluxe version with 3 more songs on it. Also listen to her version of little drummer boy. That one is special because her oldest son Isaiah who was 4 years old when they recorded the song sings with his mom on it. So it is a mother son duet and is beautiful.

I love Carrie anyway and her version of O Holy Night and How Great Thou Art are the best but this surpasses those. Got me really emotional, then again everything gets me emotional!

Hey! I'm sure you've had suggestions for Dolly's "Hard Candy Christmas." George Strait has a silly one called "Christmas Cookies." There's the comedic Jeff Foxworthy's, "Redneck 12 Days of Christmas." I like Vince Gill singing "What Child is This" but that's more of a personal preference. Married couple Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood sing a duet cover of "Baby, It's Cold Outside." Johnny Cash has "The Christmas Guest." Jennifer Nettles (Sugarland) has a neat version of "Little Drummer Boy." I don't think you've reacted to Lorrie Morgan. There is a version of "My Favorite Things" she sings. Merry Christmas!
