@Gothos Have you seen how they are positioned? They are stood in a perfect 3 by 3 square possibly to negate the lightning damage and maybe something else I'm unaware of. Guess the frost damage is minuscule in comparison to the damage avoided.

@JapanForSale To avoid as much of the increasing chain lightning damage as possible. It's pretty much needed on 25 man since there is much less place to stand on (obvious). Pools don't do much dmg if you move the boss out of them rly fast, not even on heroic.
Anyone know the name of the addon that shows the enemy's HP har above his head and does anyone know if there is one that shows a cast bar under the enemy name plate for easier interrupting when there is more than one mob
The whole of tier 11 had some of the hardest fights full of them. Such an epic tier that took nearly two months to clear for the first guild (Paragon).
Most difficult tier ever devised. The most subs ever hit the ground running hard, pushing content asap, no gates on anything.. just go go go. 9 of the first 13 fights were super rough, and most of the 10 man fights had insane heal/dps checks. A perfect tier IMO.
They nerfed it, they killed it with 1 melee dps cause of the mechanics. most guilds can't swap out all their melee dps for 1 fight. Think they nerfed Aoe dmg too.
Clutch finishes are a beautiful thing. Not to nut-hug Paragon or down play my own guild or anything, but we would have easily folded at 10%. I have no idea how you guys lasted from 25%-10% and then suddenly collapse within the last million HP, but still came out with a nanosecond finish. You can't plan for something like that, now can you? Why were you guys standing in the puddles in the first place?! :P
@RagnarokAx the boss was doted up so he was taking a lot of damage from that, they show the priest because he was the last alive, as long as one player is up the boss doesnt evade all damage and resets. in a way that priest holding up was what killed the boss, not really his damage.

They've already killed this boss numerous times WITHOUT the bug. And just because it's late and I'm tired, quit bitching bout how you can't kill a boss even when you way outgear the guild that did it in a video.
@hardstylahtimmo Just the latest version at the very top. It's the most up to date and bugless one. Although to be fair I'm still using version 12.22 and I haven't got any bugs that would impeed my gameplay. It's mostly minor bug fixes he does on every release. And since you have to edit the LUA to customize it I didn't bother updating. If you get the latest version you shouldn't have any issues. It's also worth reading the forums for tutorials on how to customize certain aspects.

Wotlk was nothing, i didn't respect Paragon as much as now, they really show that they are the absolutely best guild in this expansion. An expansion where the bosses are more simillar to vanilla bosses and healers can get Out Of Mana, I really respect this guild and hope they get the end game boss of this expansion, cause they diserve it without any doubts.

@alpha3322 There is a overall 3% damage buff only Retpaladins , Arcan Mages and BM hunters have this under consideration that melees sucked at council ( rets suck anyway in dps atm ;D ) Arcanmages is a not playable broken spec BM is the only way to get this buff
@rogerbrownaki only phase that means something in this fight is p3 and what double aspect help while stand still, nothing. check your valiona video, i woudn't be speaking about using bugs. don't see you guys collapsing while valiona is active, why is that? sad.

@dkrypto911 FTH did not come out of nowhere. They had always been in the top 10 or so raiding guilds. In reality all that counts for people nowadays is firsts. If I recall correctly FTH was one of the first guilds to finish all ulduar hardmode achievements.
@RudolfHess8814 without the buff is something, but the healers never went OOM, or atleast it was harder for them than now, in that end game boss u needed 5 healers, in theese instances it requires 6-7 because it's harder encounters.
@RyanEX2000 All you have done is defend the use of an exploit, your opinion is invalid. When you finally kill this boss on heroic (if ever), you will realise how OP it is to have Cobra and Hawk up at the same time for it.
@RyanEX2000 It was an exploit that gained an unfair advantage, even if that advantage was small. Just because it was a well known exploit, doesn't mean everyone used it. Now go tab back into wow and wipe on your normal modes.

This kill was before Blizzard came out and changed the fight. The chain lightning no longer kills everyone in melee range that is not a tank lol.
