Vortex Viper 20-60x85 Spotting Scope Unboxing and Review

For the money, I think Vortex offers an amazing product that would cost far more with another brand. Packed full of high end features, these spotting scopes greatly exceeded my expectations. Clarity, crispness and ease of use make this a top choice for outdoor enthusiasts of all types.

why doesn't anyone show us how well these scopes work at 200, 500, 700 & 900 yds at a range
use the same target with a five shot group
now that would be helpful

Is this Viper spotting scope made in the Philippines or Japan or China?

Does the Swiss arca plate come with the tripod or the spotting scope?

When they first released it they used a Manfrotto-type plate but newer units have an arca swiss plate. Sometimes it's hard to tell which one you will get.

im planning to buy a spotting scope and my requirements are to have acceptable CLARITY at ANYZOOM and i want to just use it mostly becuase of the big mountainous terrains we have here and use it to glass up and down the hill by 1000-1500 yards but i heard that this scope does drop in clarity from 50x-60x but is it a bareable enough for the reason i wanted it for? and can you still see sharp detail and not TOO dull? considering this model or would it just be worth it to save up for a nikon monarch ED82-A an absolute beast but cost 700 more..

Nice video of the unboxing I'm going to look for something more in depth but thought I would give you one piece of production feedback. I surprised myself by staying tuned after listening for about 10seconds. Please get a real microphone. Don't spend a lot of money on wireless.
