For the Touchdown in crab you dont wait for the plane to drift away from the centerline ,the manual says the plane is tracking the upwind egde of the runway upon touchdown which is expected as you land with a drift angle ,but iwhat they really wanted to say is that you should prevent it. You have to use the correct amount of rudder asap after the main gears touchdown and bring the nose on the centerline preferably before nose wheel contact. Here is an example: th-cam.com/users/shorts0Z7LYsIuqsc?feature=share Also if the crosswind is strong which is the case here you should keep the yoke into the wind after touchdown , in order to keep the upwind wing down and help with directional control. For the wing low method you should start to lower the upwind wing before applying the rudder, in the video you ignitated the decrab with the rudder too early as there wasnt any bank anglr before , so the roll induced by rudder + the wind were stronger.
