You're ahead of me on painting before winter. Doesn't look like I'll get too many ready this time around. That old build is real nice. Nice save. I always like Friday mornings with my coffee.
Glad to hear the paint is spraying well for You! Those rod magazines look real interesting! That '53 Ford truck DOES have a lot of NEAT-O parts in it for sure! If it where not for all of the '53 trucks I would have lying around I would have A LOT of those kits! WOW! That '48 is "KILLER" Rob!! I really like that build !I have that Willys kit You had on the table. Well, several of them, Ha! Take Care, Be Safe, God Bless, Later
Man, you are so far ahead of me in getting bodies prepped. Maybe this coming week the weather will cooperate with me and I can get some sprayed. Cool old builds and that book is full of information.
I used to cruise in a 49 DeSoto black 4 door back in high school in the mid 80's my two brother friend's that live down the street from me drove a 1954 and 53 Chevy's. Plus all my cousin's drove classic or older car's back then because that's what youngster's could afford on minimum wage. Gas was just under a buck in California, that's not saying much because we pay more for just about everything here.
You'll be surprised how many young folks don't know what a record is or cassette tapes are. I asked some 22 year old he had no idea what I was talking about.
