Spot on man. He is other worldly. He is living proof, if any were needed, that where true talent and ability exist, age is of no relevance or concern. Years ago. My wife and I saw Jeff in a small theater in Kingston,NY. As usual it was a superb show. When he started Nessun Dorma, My lovely wife turned to me and said " I want this played at my funeral" As life would have it, Meme lost her battle with cancer a couple years later Although there were many Jeff Beck songs in our 48 years together, this song will always tear my heart and fill my soul

Now that he is gone I realize how much Jeff and his playing has meant to my life. Indescribable. My first hearing was in the early 70's when I was a teenager and heard "Rough and Ready". The idea that he would create little melodic songs inside of the songs instead of just playing scales blew me away. Just like a sax player. A composer. He truly was a soul singer who sang through his guitar.

Phenominal artist who crossed the rainbow bridge. Admired my millions for his God given talent, respect in life and the music industry. Great loss. He certainly made the guitar sing beautifully.
Only Beck could pull this off . An excellent melody endures no matter the instrument played . In the 1960’s we let musicians lead the way and expose us to great writing and music . Once the corporatists took over they led the way and we now have ….well either you lived through it or not

Truly a master. RIP Jeff you blew them all away. I still can't get how you kept developing and progressing your music and unique technique.
After he passed I could not listen to anything by him and his group. Now after all this time, I can not get enough. My kids, all grown now, love his music and I pray the next generation after them will know and love his greatness. Thank you Jeff Arnold Beck.
That night on that stage Jeff was the best guitarist. Truly one of The Godfather’s of Guitar
Jeff Beck - Uno dei più grandi chitarristi di sempre.
Can't believe he is gone...he could copy everyone and you couldn't tell it was him, but nobody could copy him.
Zappa is singing here!!!
Lizzie Ball deserves some recognition here. Her performance is outstanding.
RIP Sir, you showed us what talent is.
Unmistakably Jeff beck! I loved blow By Blow! And anything else he played1
Rest in Guitar Heaven...
So many tears, of Pure joy and sadness! 7:15 on...Singing on his Guitar...
Best guitarist EVER. No question.
i saw 5 guitar players/ All amazing. which one? Information is always critical
@@morbidmanmusic Jeff Beck. You shouldn’t have to ask.
Best guitarist maybe his style, there are so many great guitarist out there, SRV literally blew Jeff Beck off the stage that doesn't mean Stevie is better than Jeff but playing Stevie style he couldn't keep up
@@loucifer323 Yes indeed brother. I saw Stevie Ray Vaughn n Jeff Beck at "RPI" in upstate New York, 1989. They are both great, but SRV did out play JB at that particular concert. Bless All Always n Forever n Ever!
@@loucifer323 A lot think he both could and did. But, of course, SRV is one on the greatest and a sad loss. One of my regrets is not seeing him live.
Incredible man was a legend, never heard anything like it
Rest in peace to the legend 🙏🏽
I love Clapton and Buddy Guy, but Beck is beyond. I am sure it is the genre he loves to play, but gosh, gee wiz, holy poop, ect....no one compares!
Makes me cry, this must be what heaven sounds like.
Jeff will be waiting for us to hear him jam with the Greats, RIP...
I cried my eyes out toward the end of the set he did at Ronnie Scott's with Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton in attendance. He was doing an an unaccompanied solo at the time.....
This is the Greatest Live performance That I've Ever seen. Absolutely stirs the soul. He was a Unicorn,... a one of one. Anomaly,..
I am so thankful to having Jeff Beck and He will never die. Power of Love
Phenominal artist who crossed the rainbow bridge. Admired my millions for his God given talent, respect in life and the music industry. Great loss. He certainly made the guitar sing beautifully.
His body is gone . His soul , legacy and music is here to stay with us forever . Thank you God for Jeff .
Jeff was an absolute genius on the guitar. I miss him
Only Beck could pull this off . An excellent melody endures no matter the instrument played . In the 1960’s we let musicians lead the way and expose us to great writing and music . Once the corporatists took over they led the way and we now have ….well either you lived through it or not
Jeff is to guitarists, like,, I don’t know, there's nothing you can compare him to.
