Taking vitamins helps with anxiety and depression. I had very low iron in my blood but since i've been taking iron daily the depression has vanished. So get your blood checked if you're feeling low and anxious. Vitamin D is also very important so if you're feeling tired all the time and restless take vitamin D.

I really need a mental break but not anything related to food .im heartbroken after knowing a 2 year old died in Gazza due to fodder food poisoning and an infant died of hunger ! Im a pregnant mom of 2 I find it so difficult to be normal atleast for my kids ! They were offering free therapy to people affected by the “war” and people were upset because they thought they were only helping Israelis but they are helping anyone affected including Palestinians.
