I’m impressed with your invention! I think you could sell them to gardeners or to the company that makes the trays.

Lovely trays - 10 years is phenomenal. I've seen both Charles Dowding and Huw Richards mentioning them frequently, although it's always hard to separate between sponsored promoting and genuine info sharing. You're never sure who's getting an extra buck for pushing goods.
Since you've seen fit to promote them too, I might take a look at getting a few myself. I currently use the Ladbrooke soil blockers which I love for the complete lack of plastic, but am finding the need to get the soil drenched first is not ideal in already wet climes. Might do some comparison runs to see which solution promotes best seedling growth.

Yeah I also considered soil blocks but I'm not really set up for having them all in one place and transporting them around, the long life trays seemed to make more sense to me. It's a big outlay to start with but I know they'll last all that time and I wanted the other benefits right away!

Great job. I have a few of the 60s and do like using them. I like the rmtrays but thry are very expensive. I invested in a lot of roottrainers many yesrs ago which i love, but they do use a lot of compost.

Thank you for the video 👍🏻 they're good items to change over. I would suggest keeping the older ones as well just in case or for additional plants

Oh yes of course, well some need to be thrown out but some are still 'ok'.

Im using wooden plugs 10 mm on a slim plank, perfect for spacing seeds and plants and design your own pop-out.

Handy design. Could you 3d print a multi sower seeder sheet thingy for the cd60, I have seen an implement used for the paper pot transplanter. It would save so much time if you could make one.

I know what you mean, I think they're from clear Perspex? To be honest putting the seeds in isn't so much of a chore.
