Happy to see the healer experience is pretty universal. Party members not using utilities, tanks being completely incompetent (LOL BOP seriously???), and Nicholasmage not clearing the debuff. Pretty sure that same mage did the same thing to me. Great name for a mage though so all is forgiven. So many keys where people literally just don't do anything but zug zug, if thats what you want to call it when dps are doing 500k overall in a +6 at 610 ilvl. Absolute insanity. Keep it up man! Loving this series!
Been watching your streams! I've learned a lot about resto druid through you. Cleansing myself first definitely helps. A guild ended up recruiting me to push keys and want to help me learn. Keep up the good work
I also ended up playing my resto Alt during this week and in bad groups ended up just saving my convoke for the affix. One redeeming feature of the new version of resto is convoke actually trucks heals!
As a long time resto druid main, ive avoided my resto druid this whole season because its been so BAD. Its literal WORK healing in keys with druid, its crazy.
its literally not even that bad, its just a shift of prio. You only get HoTs out to boost regrowth to do big heals, thats all. it was very easy to get to 2500 on a resto druid
I play restro druid myself and this season just feels so soul crushing whats the point of heals over time when enemys are taking 80 percent of there health in a hit and it happens again 2 seconds later i just do not feel like i have the power to heal, this is the most depressing season i have ever had its like im throw eggs at a brick wall. its no wonder that so many switched sham just to unclench there bums while trying to survive.
Ive healed bigger regrowths on my druid than healing surges on my shaman. You pre-emptively roll hots out to maximise druids regrowth, a SoTF/NS regrowth is as powerful as a Lay on hands.

I'm just at ilvl600 as an alt and I'm wondering if there's a point playing resto any further? I main disc priest so I can see a bit of a difference. Do you recommend resto in pugs cause that's the only way of how I play mythics? Or shall I just hold on and wait for 11.0.5?
11.0.5 is only a few days away, so hold put if you want to, but if you're wanting to play this weekend then go ahead! It's not abysmal, it was only super rough because of the affix!
Dang watching this video makes me really scared for starting a new healer alt, the number of people straight up ignoring game mechanics in these dungeons is staggering lol
It definitely slows us down, but it really only happens in these lower keys. Once we get through this part, the real push is just when the dungeon gets hard at high key lvls!
My monk is 584 ilevel and I did a 7, and I will do my 8 key not getting even more gear. Stuff give you more dps but the extra heal is sometimes lost by overhealing people.

And I also hate people who claim, ‘yeah, you can easily tank a 10 key with a 580 GS class.’ That doesn’t work. The others are much better geared than you, so you’re getting carried. You have to stay honest about it.”
@@fil7276 well let me tell you my evoker is 622 ilevel and I didn't succeed a single 10 ( I'm bad with it for sure). My monk is now 605 ilevel and i did my first 10 without any problem my hps is insane because I play super good on it. So no I'm not getting carry because I'm about to do a 11 with 607 ilevel and you can't get "carry" on those key if you don't have the hps it's bye bye
Someone who Carrie’s a lot of players it’s alarming how many people want to do keys and don’t know the mechanics and are like it’s okay… specially characters that can’t even que for heroic and want to do keys.. like you would benefit 1000x more doing mythic 0 on a fresh toon gearing them up then spamming keys that your struggle bussing through for possibly no loot at all!! Their should be a requirement people can’t do keys until they have atleast done and cleared mythic 0 of that dungeon so they atleast have seen the baseline mechanic of a key!! It’s just sad how much it hurts the game community with players like this that never learn mechanics. Even with DBM I know people that do 7-9 keys and at times they get the mechanic and wipe us… and say I didn’t even know that was a mechanic like what!!! 😮

Resto Druid is straight up awful this season. You do a big reforestation ramp just for a fraction of shaman insta-totem healing

Yeah as shaman you literally 3 global to top ppl off. Surging > Downpour > Healing Stream

Just play the game, every healer is viable unless you're pushing 15's

no offense but isnt +5 way too high for ilvl 585?
