I always learn a lot when I watch one of you videos. I really appreciate how you focus on the terroir of each place. I think your videos are beautifully done, very interesting and informative. I watch many different wine shoes and yours bring me what I want to know. They are always packed with the most important Information and always have very little known facts I’ve never heard or read anywhere else.🍷❤
One of my favourite flavours in red wine which I often get in Spanish barrel aged wines, is that of dried fruits. I believe this comes with a slow, controlled oxidation, am I right? What wine districts or genres should I look for to find beautifully oxidised dry reds? My best guess to date is anything Reserva or Gran Reserva from Rioja or Castilla y Leon, but not all of them fits the bill, and I'm probably missing out on other great alternatives.
Rioja and Ribera are probably my favorite wines all around.
I just love the characteristics of Tempranillo.
Wonderful video thank you so much, I'm learning alot and binge watching your videos . Hi from the UK! Sophie
