Baldur's Gate 3 is truly one of my favorite games of all time. You know what another one of my favorite games is? Pokémon. I think you see where this is going right? Using the awesome mod (listed below) I was able to turn Baldur's Gate 3 into a Pokémon Game, and by adding a few rules in myself, I think it really does have the same vibe. I hope you guys enjoy the video, it's the most fun I've ever had recording gameplay for any of my videos!

You should make it so that you can only use level 1-4 mons before the first gym battle, then increase it for each gym you beat, could make it more interesting so you can’t get super op right away

That’s a good idea but honestly 6 baldurmons is probably just too many for the game. Crazy action economy is the single most OP thing

@@Ashe_3224 I configure the mod so that it only runs if the mod I'm adding is working. Therefore. If the mod only affects something later or earlier in the game, I can just check and see if it works without having to worry about it for later!
Small criticism: Team Galactic does not want to take over the world. I believe what you're looking for is closer to Team Plasma or Team Flare.

You should do another playthrough with tactician difficulty! And if you're worried about being overpowered, how's this for a rule: you cant capture bosses

Fun fact, flinds are gnolls that have ascended to demonhood, so that's why it's a fiend! Gnolls worship the demon lord Yeenoghu who represents like hunters and predators and such. So any gnoll with Yeenoghu's gifts is called a flind; it's not just the individual's name.

On an aside, you can still lift the curse after defeating Ketheric. I only know this because I had "oh well'd" my way through that on my first playthrough until Halsin whined about it after the Myrkul fight. At which point I realized I could speak with the dead on Art. Buuuuuuuuut also I feel the "oh well" sentiment.

Maybe for more of a challenge in future you could do only one creature per *location* rather than combat. What a different location is can probably be pretty subjective, but could be interesting imo

Recomend play in honor mode for the legendary actions (reloading the save after the first death) and limiting the use of baldurmons depending if its a double battle (if have 8-13 enemies i dont know)
