This is the kind of update that ends games like this - I've seen it happen plenty of times before. Players will walk away as a select few whales get ever and ever stronger. Huge mistake by TW for a very tiny short-term revenue bump.

So make sure the new class needs a shit load of NEW EXTRA items and make sure they can only get like 1 or 2 for free so they either die of old age or they get their wallets out if they want to unlock these new features; PS Make sure theres some OP broken shit so they get extra incentive to spend" - Top War devs
Didn't even have the courtesy to at least give a nugget that a free to play player could hold on to

Sigh... The gap just keeps getting bigger and bigger, I have two accounts, F2P 😭 and VIP 5.. Makes SvS and EL even more difficult to compete in.
All f2p can really do at this point is build towers. And even that is tough because it takes them so long to get there

lol, funny catching a blurb about you doing an interview and then they get trashed here😂. as for the hero boosts, cromwell was the only one i really caught. 174% dmg to 250% at max stats was a nice bump

The last update the devs didn't give me nearly enough speed ups or nameplates for me to get back to where I was. Messaged them and they acknowledged that something went wrong but won't help

You can also have a whale, or even a smaller player after some time, get to the electro missile and disable a tower for 3 mins anyways. So the ignore the tower feature seems less of an issue to me but the morale buffs just means a bully whale will become an even more powerful bully after a while and if you don't want to spend thousands you can't do anything about it. I hope they have enough vip16 players to keep the game going because F2P and vip 1-15 players are probably going to cut their losses and move on. I've been trying out some other games lately even before this.
The one thing I'll say that this has over the electro missile is if there's many towers The missile can't do anything where this could potentially take an objective under many towers

They seem to want to stop me playing. I'm VIP 9, it's annoying to lose my investment, but there's increasingly no point.
I've seen a lot of small upgrades that they've done that are great quality of life things like being able to search for MechMaster facilities, filter the garages, little things like that but when it comes to the big stuff that matters they fail every single time

It is nice to see topwar helping me leave this game, every desition they make is pushing me and others to leave or just stop spending, lets see how long they can keep this game without the regular spenders

That’s a shame. I’ve already been playing less due to my new job and long days. But hearing how they did this ontop of them still ignoring merge request… it’s a shame. I’ve played many games. And walked away from them all after a while. The grind gets boring when it’s just a constant grind to spend money. Agreed that they should add micro rewards and things for low budget and f2p, would retain most of their player base, and review base. Maybe negative reviews on play and App Store would change this. Or at least nerf the OP factors…

I use Army as main. But now I want to use Navy also with my Army. Which navy Hero is best which I can use with my Megatron? And Similarly is there any Air Force hero which I can use with my Megatron?
Yuu would likely be one of the best pairings with Megatron and then Maximo is the best Air Force hero hands down
However I would advise against that strategy unless you are incredibly late game. The only people who usually mix and match units are those who have encirclement unlocked in their class tree. And even then it's a tough balance to actually make work.
This update also separates CE's and MM's. 30% and 35% atk is a no brainer. Also did you notice that inside or outside the fort lines, we now get all alliance buffs. We don't need to be within the fort lines anymore
I didn't notice that I'll have to check that out later. If that's the case I don't see any reason to even be in the forts other than a meeting point for people to join rallies

After the new update of class perks even Higher VIPs are selling off their accounts more quickly. At these point, it looks like TOPWAR is just hell bent on breaking the game beyond fixing. Why can't the developers just bring updates on the basis of player requests made on their discords Feature Request page. 😔
The devs sent out a snotty mail about selling accounts yesterday (and to shop those who do), probably as a result of a massive increase in accounts for sale because of this update.
I've never seen so many people in my comments talking about quitting so I'm not surprised there's a huge spike in people going to sell their accounts.
That explains the "don't sell your account" warning they posted today.

I dont see myself spending money to rush this new update . They need stuff for the whales to spend on as most are getting close to max stats. This was not a release that favors anything but the heavy spenders. Hey how's your server doing, looking to possibly transfer.

Not surprised at the greed of the devs. Just surprised how blatantly they displayed it in this update.
My approach to the game has always been to have fun and see how far I can go without putting money into. Guess my ceiling is coming into sight. Might not be worth continuing in the game once I hit it.
I think this whole update sucked. But if they could have done one thing to make it sting less it's to release an event that people could have gotten those power cores as a sign of good faith that they will be included as rewards later

What makes the most sense to me from a business perspective would be to put a big carrot like this update out there and then also release something like the Weekly Card at the same time. This new 'Weekly Card' would include what's needed to work towards the big carrot as well as one or two other things of value for a low price players pay on a weekly or monthly basis. There will obviously be people who are impatient and dump a ton of money upfront to get it as quick as possible, but for rest you'll have a few thousand players paying an extra bit of money on a regular schedule. Seems like a win-win to me, but guess TW devs have a different plan.

Pretty sure there will be speedups during events or stores so we can get that "Power Core" a little faster.

- For example, Radar tasks helped to reduce the time to collect the material to build equipment. They also added mines to gather odinium, so, I think we will be fine.
- I do am concerned about the gap between VIP 9 to VIP 16... it won't make sense. Like in real life, they want to get rid of the middle class hahahaha

I'm a navy f2p player and I want to know who to spend my shards on after Nimitz. I have 2 hero slots and currently I have 4 star Nimitz and 5 star Simon. Bottom line...who should I work on after Nimitz
I would work on Bellevue if you want to keep using free heros. Which I would recommend because it will be easier for you to perk them out

Yep, the first level research of the new tree doesn't take cores. But as soon as you finish researching it and can start level 2 those cores will become visible.

Thank you for the vidio. Sorry a bit miss focus on discussion, but currently i cannot merge 3 of my weapon buff lvl 9 into lvl 10. Is it a bug? is there anyone else facing the same issue?
Check your other comp pages. If not then 1 is on other pages it won't let you. Unequip and try again

This update reminds me of Gow ridiculous updates which made me and a lot of other people walk away from the game Tw lost their minds this update is by far the worst hopefully they take it down and compensate people that have spent already

The fact that, they had to release an announcement regarding sale of accounts just days after release of this update, speaks volumes.
They just took the first step from becoming a P2P game to a P2W game.
But, in their defence, this update affects the whales the most, and funny enough, they're not the one's complaining 😂

Starting yesterday I'm going to stop any and all spending. As some whales will admit. the spending is addictive so I hope I don't have an issue with it. But there are so many better things I could spend my money on. For example recently with my video editing I've been maxing out the abilities of my CPU and my memory and it's about time I upgrade my computer

Cores are simply out of reach . TW simply asking us to quit the game.
All you can reasonably do without spending is the first skill and even the 3rd level of it takes 75 days f2p I think
This game is hard to be an f2p, because it always try to make you spend fortunes of money. I would suggest that the game should release more gift codes, because of all that money whales spends on 😤😤

I'm glad the memes are helping with the pain 😂 they certainly help me. But even medium spenders for the game basically have no access to this. It's insane how bias this is to huge whales
I Dont think its that broken. If someone has a maxed tree unless your a whale you were never going to do anything to them anyway
The more details that come out about the tree the less broken I think it is but that still doesn't negate the fact that me and a lot of other people are upset that this is a feature more or less exclusively for whales. There are other things that only people who pay can get but not are quite as strong as this

Lol this game is not made for free to play, none of these games are and idiots who try to convince people that they can play for free and be good are the problem. It gives people hope and gets them into the game were they realize they have to spend to even play the game. The makers are not gonna change this style because it produces what they want. Money.
I agree it's not made for free to play. Nor do I think that they can contribute a huge amount to most parts of the game. But it would be nice if The games would at least throw them a bone to keep them around so the community wouldn't continue to shrink.

There are tons of vip 16s that I doubt would even pay up for this because of how much it costs lol. Only mega whales are gonna have this
In my server, there are 3 VIP 16s and they already have this unlocked lol. They had the equipment lying for ages and only needed to buy the boxes for about 3000 dollars
Even if a whale buys everything possible they can't have all this stuff done for 53 days. They literally cannot get the power course fast enough because you can only buy a maximum of 170 per day plus the two from the legion store
that sucks. Oh well, topwar has done it again; being too profit-oriented that they got more greedy by the day. This ain't ps5 yo.. I'm not going to spend all my hard-earned money for a game like this. This is where we all should draw the line. Teach the game dev something to think about. Use your money to take your family for a holiday, or help the poor, or buy yourselves good food.

In m opinion with this Update the game is way more unbalanced
The more I learn about the update the less imbalanced it seems. There was a vivid army (japanese version of the game) Q&A that came out that we translated and posted in my discord that made me feel a bit better about the new class update
Now on i think of leaving this game.
