i think nemo is in the stat increase bracket, so alongside bailos, nimitz and bassil. and i think he might be the best in that.
There is an argument to be made for that. Bailos had been falling behind
I think Nemo with the orange pulse jammer would be OP. Btw, Wanted to ask you a question who’s more powerful piedmont or Katyusha .. I’ve been confused about that for a while. I think they’re so similar except piedmont is universal correct?
Piedmont is universal. As for which one is stronger that's tough. It's a pretty close fight. At the beginning of the battle Piedmont would probably be stronger because he's able to hit nine stacks. But as stacks reduce he gets reduced damage where katyusha can hit the same target twice. It would likely come down to the battle on which one's better
Definitely think Nemo is OP. The earliest silence can happen on 3rd attack. With both players on HRF 10, it could proc just at the right for Maximo
With a level 5 exclusive he gets 3 rage. So he would need 4 more. Doesn't that mean he triggers on the fourth attack? As a result you only get a perfect Maximo silence if attacking. Defending you miss one of maximos units. Plus you only have a 33% chance of silencing Maximo assuming 3 heros. That's also only for the first round. Granted it's the most important but still
@@WGtopwar still gives more atk than bassel, and even more attack with exvlusive lvl 7, he is deffinately strongest navy hero even w/o silence
Key words, "with exclusive L7". You can't compare the top 1% too everyone. It's different. I still think bailos is a little better, if not only more consistent with both at exclusive L5.
don’t forget pulse jammer, almost guaranteed that a pulse jammer will delay nemo rage and make it useless against maximo
Pulse jammer is kryptonite to Navy heroes
I think the way to use him is as shown in your video - as part of a Kate Curry trap or when defending a building protected by weakening towers. I think he could be pretty handy then, if a little specialised.
I've got other priorities in my huge list of heroes to get to 5⭐, but maybe for the next EL I'll have a handy defender - which implies a pairing with Neirid and Yuu or Curry depending on the point being defended.
I like the idea of specialty hero. But I don't see him being effective enough in that slot to justify upgrading him. Even with a Kate Curry trap I would rather have a hero that's going to do damage in those nine rounds rather than maybe stopping a useful hero for three turns.
@@WGtopwar Well, his 80% atk at max stats is pretty good. My only quibble there is he only gets 0.08% extra for every unit increase in WAR, the same as Nimitz, compared with 0.1% for Bailos or Bassel.
If he was the first premium hero I was getting I'd be pretty happy with him. I think he isn't bad, just not amazing, which we've become used to with recent heroes.
I agree he's not necessarily bad. But the problem in this game is with very few exceptions. If it's not a new best hero it has no place for most people with the cost of upgrading a new hero
@@WGtopwar 100% agree! Way too expensive to upgrade if he isn't a clear improvement over Aka, Yuu, Nereid, or Bailos. Particularly given that his true value is only really unlocked by getting this exclusive to level 7 ($$$$$$$$$)!
I would like someone to explain his lvl 7 exclusive in detail. I understand most won’t have it but is it a decent investment for a whale? Is that normal atk dmg additive or multiplicative?… I heard someone compare it to purple chip but I don’t understand how beneficial the normal atk dmg increase is. Nice video as always!
The way it's been described for me is an 80% DMG increase for 3 attacks.
next 3 attacks (so next 3 slots that throw attack have 80%dmg increased which is crazy)
What is your take on Nemo on defense paired with a weakening tower effect
Is it straight bonkers? With his luck factor and whatnot im still a bit unsure about him though
I'm still unsure on how to use him as well. I want to find a place he's useful. But I'm not really seeing it. Even on a weakening. The meta Navy heroes would be better just to take out units. Much more consistent and little left to chance like Nemo
I'm seeing more Nemo in the meta than expected, any idea what changed since this video? I see WBG has him listed first in top 3 Navy heroes on Discord
I think my mistake was thinking he would be more unreliable than he was or that his effect would have a smaller impact than it does.
After seeing him used at max stats in other people's marches and going up against him myself it's clear that he is a more effective hero than I thought he would be.
@@WGtopwar at first look I also felt that way. Thinking about it more, with ability level 5, your opponent is basically always down a hero, by the time the silence ends, you’re back to triggering.
@@mattcustance5806 I believe akatora to be seriously undervalued, the immediate proc reduces the power of the opponent. I will say, the top top whales seem to be using Nemo
@@mattcustance5806 I love Bailos, having recently replaced aka with Seaspray, you really start to notice the importance of synergies. Yuu is the top navy hero and Bailos synergizes with her perfectly. I see 3 core roles for navy heroes. 1. Raising atk, 2. debuffing units, 3. taking advantage of those debuffed units. Bailos doing 2 of those gives her incredible flexibility and staying power.
Bro right now i am running My Bassel & Yuu for navy i am thinking to change bassel.
With which hero i can change without his exclusive skill which is better
(1) Nereid
(2) Nemo
(3) Megatorn Universal Hero
I would recommend finishing your perks before working on another hero. But Megatron would probably be better for your setup
If you are thinking about maximo is ability is protecting middle row troops but if nemo make him silence for 3 round then there is no protection for middle row troops
Maximo doesn't offer protection to the middle row. He offers protection to the front row. Also even if you manage to silence maximo you're still dealing with suppressions and also the chance of silencing maximo is only 33% those are not high enough odds for someone to rely on him

This time I was waiting for the new hero very excited and got my shards ready to max it immediately. But I have to tell that I am not that impressed either. Silence is luck based and if it doesnt hit the right opponent hero, its wasted. And I have mostly bad luck at such things.😂
My main is aka(5) + bailos(5) + nimitz and got my 7/8 perks full. I want to replace nimitz with a better hero and go on with perks again. So, which one should I choose to work good with aka and bailos?
Nemo? Yuu? Nereid? Megatron?
I need to pick only one, not enough gold shards for 2.🙄
You could always finish off perks and/or wait for the next navy hero in 3 months
I would go for megatron since he’s universal and you can wait on him if in case they release another whale.

He will probably be replaced in the future. However it will likely be a long time 9 months or more at the very least. Akatorra was an incredibly strong hero when he was released and even he has been replaced about a year later
I personally think will silence Nimitz, Bassel proc, base on text description, need test to confirm is true or not, unless boost dmg proc don't work
Unfortunately it's not covered by his silence. Even if it shows a heros picture before a unit attacks it's not "triggering" the ability
@@WGtopwar ok, without seeing nemo in action, is easy to make wrong assumption, only silence the one show hero picture after normal attack, will be silence right
Yes only the hero that gets an "X" over their picture is silenced
If you already have bailos lvl 5 exclusive is this hero worth getting a lvl 5 exclusive and replace bailos. I’ve heard it’s a gamble?
It's a gamble and the difference is likely to be very small. So I don't think it's worth the shards. Maybe do perks or wait for the next navy hero
@@WGtopwar my navy is fully perked with gold weapon and armour looking to do a decent army next have Brad kat and Amalia 5* but probably looking at someone to replace Amalia
I still run aka bailos and yuu and still beat most of the new marches with neired. I didn’t really want to skip the last 2 navy hero’s (nereid now nemo) but the difference seem to small to justify as a decent player not whale
I agree it's a small difference. With you working on so many things I don't think your wrong to skip either of those heros

Neried is a better bet. I would do either that or work on perks or save up for the next navy hero to insta five star if it's good
Go with perks. Neried is great at WB. She's OK at PVP. It's just hard to fit her. You lose too much offense if you take out bailos for her, her damage happens too late, and you lose defense if you swap AKA, and AKA isn't consistent enough with his debuff too really rely on, you also lose a lot of defense if you swap yuu.
If his ability only works on heroes that have proc attacks wouldn’t he only silence those hero’s. I.e if your up against brad kat and ben the only person he could silence is kat so wouldn’t it land on kat every time ??
I think it should work that way. Would make him a much more viable option.
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. I've seen him hit heros he has no affect on
Don't care whether he is good or bad but got him with 980 gems my cheapest acquisition. 😃😃😃 Got him with 6 draws ie 1980 gems & got back 1000 gems as compensation. So doesn't really matter for me whether he is a mighty fighter or a good farmer😃😃😃😃😃. Just kidding. Thanks for this video and as always awesome.

It is good hero for pvp but finding best combination with him is difficult
I've seen him do great battle reports but I've also seen him completely bomb and do nothing. I hate leaving my battles up to that much chance
Having a silence is always super op, sure it's luck based but that silence may help against marches with several triggers such as army, which have Katyusha, Preycis, Mei, Prime, Mega, Piedmont, etc. In my opinion it's something good to invest if you're navy main and could possibly replace bailos for pvp
His silence is most affective against army at the moment in my opinion. They do use the most triggering heros I think. But the problem is army is not much of a threat to many right now with their heros. Especially when suppression's are in the mix
Can you advise what the 21% increase gives for getting lvl 5 skill. Increase WHAT by 21%
He gives an attack increased all naval units so the 21% increases that
@@WGtopwar so that's 21% extra attack on top of the 5* increase that comes with it?
Unfortunately I believe it's 21% of his bonus not added to his bonus. So just for the sake of easy math if he had a 50% attack increased all naval units and you add a 21% bonus from his exclusive skill the total attack increase is 60.5% not 71%.

There are some exclusive skills that increase trigger chances and a few of them if you were to reach level 10 would make their trigger chance more then 100%
Based on that and my conversations with other experienced players it seems to be fairly agreed upon that it's a percentage of a bonus not adding the percentage to it. Other examples of this come from some of the Valhalla units for example some of them have a 100% Dodge increase or 150% crit chance increase. It's believed that these are increasing a base crit chance not being added to the percentage. Which can be seen by these Valhalla units with 150% crit chance bonus not critting every time or units with 100% Dodge not dodging every time
Better than Bailos if and only if his exclusive is at least at 5. Helps big navy players beat moderate air force players because before that, air force with Max, Selina and Prime at ex5 beats them. The running line up atm are Nemo, Yuu and Nereid/Akatora. Whale vs whale scenario, air force will still win, since that's how the game is designed.
I don't think there is a big enough difference between the 2 to justify the shard cost
Nevermind, they nerfed the Ex7. He's just another Bailos. If you have Bailos ex5 or even better ex7, just stick to her. Crap I want a refund.
Unless something changed while I was asleep last night they didn't nerf him they clarified his ability. His level 7 said it was an attack damage increase and they changed the wording to damage increase

He is okay at best you need a lvl 7 skill for him. Hes one of those hero to skip if you cant afford to get his lvl 7
I don't see a large improvement over any hero he would be replacing and I'm not about to use 620 shards on a hero that's kinda better

Try using gems 350 when the gems in pool is more than 18k. It works well, otherwise use 35 gems only 😅

He can work fine without his exclusive. It is a handicap but I mean you can always replace his exclusive with a march size increase
One last question, is he good in PvE?like Wb or Sandtable
He is basically going to be the same as bassel. Because his silence affect will have no effect on Pve in most cases
So what I've learned from this glitch; if I ever win 1 mil gems, spend it fast so TW has a harder time taking it away. Probably wouldn't completely work, but worth a shot
Definitely an interesting hero concept. Be interesting to see how it works out in testing.
Unfortunately glitches like this have happened before maybe not with this many gems but regardless on what people spend it on top war is still able to reverse it.
I'm excited to take advantage of his ability I don't think he's going to be helpful in traditional combat but I think he can be used in unique marches like 914 or rockfield is

It is nice that you guys got the opportunity to break out. Things always get chaotic on the first day of gate 3 opening. I'm looking forward to getting in the fight tomorrow. I was working today so all I did was dark forces since I can do that almost without looking at my phone.

Army got 2 heros 2 months ago, a re-release of prime, and possibly ghost later this month
@@WGtopwar prime shouldn't count since he's a re release and Ghost is still a ghost as of now on my server lol you navy guys got nereid and now this trader. AF got Saker, but tbh I think they should slow down with the heros and release 1 for each branch all together. Like 3 heros come out at the same time
