I would like Biden to tell the supreme court justices that voted for this to step down under the threat of being seal team 6ed. Then turn to congress and say appoint justices or I am going to do the same to any who gets in the way. After they are appointed, we are taking a revote on this. In 2020, Oklahoma Republican legislators passed laws that made it illegal to record any Law Enforcement activities. Made it legal for someone to drive into a group of protestors or demonstrators if the driver thinks they threaten his or her life. And that protestors and demonstrators maybe classified as terrorists by law enforcement. This year, 2024, Oklahoma Republican HB3133 allows Law Enforcement to classify hispanic Oklahomans with any "street gang affiliation" as Terrorists, put them in detainment compounds indefinitely and seize all their property like cash, cars, houses, land, businesses and bank accounts. That's just a few examples how red states like Oklahoma are implementing project 2025.

Any law enforcement, not just DEA, and driving into a group of protestors was passed AFTER a Republican drove his car into 4 BLM demonstrators, killing one and injuring the other 3. Protestors were on a curb, and just 4 of them. The driver did it on purpose. And certainly it hasn't always been a law that enables law enforcement to classify demonstrators and protestors as Terrorists. And HB3133 is new this year. So "it's always been that way, ask the DEA" doesn't make any sense. There are new compounds in rural Oklahoma. Their perimeter lights can be seen at night. Those are new. Last summer a public school had a GUARD TOWER added to it, it was still being worked on Aug 2023 Back to School Night. How many other schools in Oklahoma have added GUARD TOWERS??? Makes me think the state might use some schools as temporary detainment compounds.

It's strange to listen to legal analysis over supreme court cases when we have no courts, just some political cabal.

We live under a regime, it's called a 6-3 Supreme Court. The bench should be cleared. The court should be expanded to 12 seats. Each political party should each pick 6 justices, and when one of their judges leaves the bench the party who appointed them will replace them. All decisions should be 9-3. The court must decide on a case, they cannot kick it back to a lower court. They must actually deliberate like the jury they are and come to a 9-3 decision or the case is dissolved completely. The previous lower court ruling no longer has any standing once SCOTUS dissolves it, decides not to decide. The reason I say the entire bench should be cleared is because all justices voted to violate the 14th Amendment by allowing Trump to stay on the ticket/ballots. Face it, we have a two party system and the only way to balance the court is to let the parties pick 6 justices each on a 12 seat court. And of course no gifts over $50.

Why don't you discuss that the project 2025 is just a starting point? What portions of the Constitution does he want to remove? Voting rights for women and people of color? Other rights? What doesn't the text of project 2025 include of the rest of the plan? Why would they tell us in advance that they will eliminate voting rights. He won't need women's votes next time.
