man the way you talk is so entertaining... watched 20 seconds and so into it. keep it up!
Thank you!
I got this lens as a kit when I got the 7T ..... for the price of it I think it is great value for starting out.... I have now included a Sigma 150-600 mm and am having fun learning it's range and features.... Keep up the Great Work Toby as I really enjoy your videos and you are an inspiration to myself and others I am sure...
That's awesome, sounds like a very similar journey to me :) and thank you so much!
I have the 75 - 300 lens :D
I attempted to shoot American football with this years ago before I knew much about its reputation (or digital photography in general for that matter). One or two keepers from that day lol. Very nostalgic journey. Subscribed!
Yes I have a few keepers from the early days, when this lens was my only. Welcome aboard!
Got a 75-300mm for my 70D it was my first zoom lens that I got and used it for taking pictures of birds in my garden moon photography and the occasional Emirates A380 or RAF Globemaster flying over recently upgraded to the Sigma 150-600mm
me too i got this lens for my 70D and it's my first zoom lens for my first camera
That's awesome!
How’s that 150-600 working for you compared to the canon 75-300?
@@DanielsAdventure I love it hardly use my 75-300mm now it it ALOT heavier but the pictures are alot better and closer
i recenty bought one,far from being a pro ,bought cannon t7 awhile ago,i am impressed with it.taken shots 30-40 yards away of squirrels running on wires, you can clearly see droplets off its back and on nearby cedar leaves ,and falling rain.handheld, and clearly make out eye in sports mode [multi shot],moon shots decent but loses a little detail of craters, not much to see city area.rarely get chromatic distortion even shooting top branches of large trees, winter shots [no leaves grey background],none when sunny.just ordered 55-250 is,after yours and other reviews, for the versatility.
That's great, thank you for sharing!
I have this lenses but I prefer the EF-S 55-250mm lenses better for bird photography.
Yep own one of these lenses. I"m on a budget and make do with this lens. Definitely not the best, but i'm not a professional, and it does for my needs.
Absolutely!
yeah i have it
Yay!
I have the canon 75-300 what a horrible lens it is
The conclusion is that the 75-300mm lens with costs 249€ don't worth to buy it because the photos don't be sharped and focused!
Yes, I think buying it new is not worth it, but maybe second hand
@TobyWoodPhoto I bought one second hand for my eos2000d and it cost me £70 so for the price it has been great but I'm about to upgrade to a sigma 150-600mm contemporary
@braders1080 how much cost second hand Sigma 150-500?
@dchal1798 The 150-600mm is costing me £600 from cex. They also have 150-500mm lenses, but I'll be honest I don't know much about the age of the ones that I can see on the website
There is no advantage of taking picture with a zoom with no stabilization i mean a 300 its super shaky there is no way that you can take good picture with that thing.
