And just slot whatever rarity you have right now and upgrade them one by one. Getting the right slots and the right charms in them early is priority
There is a better way to do the fight with rogues: take a high damage weapon like the mythic hammer with you
R1: kill first minion with punch + hammer
R2: kill second minion, my rotation most of the time is punch + punch + hammer (which kills them 99% of the time) and another punch on the hero
R3: bayani and WF base powers on hero, WF rage
This allows you to target the hero with both hero base powers. This wins me most of the fights
Is there a max stack limit for poison and other status effects?
I looked at another person's build and he made sure to only proc certain number of poison stacks on his turn. 2 on some and 3 on others.
And since you have milli, mika and poison chain, what determines the poison damage here? Is it the first proc or the last proc? Or something different?

It makes total sense.
Your character is facing you in the equip screen... but his back is to you in the arena.
Why don't the heroes invert aswell then?

Look at the gauntlet... it does the same position swap as Skald.
Both Gauntlet & Skald is on the right in epuip screen and both are on the left in Arena.
