There are so much better examples of Parlamentet, I hope you find some more subtitled clips. The best segment is when they are forbidden to answer yes/no, making political answers only to simple questions.

I used to watch Parlamentet all the time, so damn funny xD the prompts were always so random too. "Only speak in 3rd person of yourself" or something. Or one where I think, they prompted Robert Gustafsson to "wander/change between all the swedish dialects as you speak"
you never EVER tell Per to go crazy. he is already crazy in everything he does. full of energy, he is everywhere at once, loud, doesnt have any boundries, but that is also what makes him funny. And you know things will go nuts when he get the "Ok" sign to start going nuts. Anicka Andersson is the opposite. calm, sharp, quick, almost never goes crazy except with her whitty counter jokes. Dorsin and Robert is like the middle ground between Per and Annicka. One of the best line ups on the parliment show. Björn Gustafsson has also been there alot, you know, the WoW Jocke guy =) most swedish comedians have been in the Parliment. Once or twice.
My personal AbFab in Parlamentet is Mikael Tornving, he can pull such seriously brusque one-liners dripping with sarkasm and irony. He is pretty much one of my favourite people in any setting.
You should watch Robert Gustafsson - Nazisterna made by the swedish humor group Killingänget. The other guy in that clip is Henrik Schyffert. He is also a comedian from Sweden.
Annika Andersson has done a lot of programs with the comedy duo Stefan & Krister. Who were heavily into "under the belt humour", puns and moonshine related misshaps. In other words "Buskis" humor. As a bonus: Stefan & Kristers main stay characters were named Birger and Olvert.
We swedes enjoy british comedy shows. Even made our versions although they're never as good. Have been watching QI since I was a kid. I love this show but sadly TV4 seems to have discontinued it and replaced with other crappy shows. Btw in the last part of video they're supposed to give wrong answers although sometimes they get points if their answers are fitting enough
Many Swedish panel shows are based on British concepts. Parlamentet is based on a BBC show called "If I Ruled the World" (98-99), we also had a version of "Have I Got News For You" that's called "Snacka om Nyheter"
Without having seen that much of this yet, Parlamentet also seems really similar to "Nytt på Nytt" that we have in Norway, which is presume is also based on the british version
You should watch Hipp Hipp. In my world the best humour show in Sweden ever. When the school psychologist talks to the little boy who lost his hamster... 😂
There are two comedians named Björn Gustafsson and this is the older one. The younger one has also been a participant in this programme. Both are brilliant!
7:36. Hall is a Swedish prison. The host meant where is the prison Hall located. Hall is also the Swedish word for hallway. They are suposed to say the wrong thing to his questions hence Per's answer "right inside the frontdoor".
The girl in this clip is Annika Andersson. She got her fame from a massively popular outdoors comedy show in Sweden called "Buskis". You should check those out, you'll probably like the humour there is you liked Parlamentet's jokes.
Love Annika. She also used to be on a comedy show called Time Out. In Time Out they are two teams with two comedians and one professional athlete each. Then they answer sport questions and also do like a challenge where they try out a sport I remember right.
Yeah, this is definitely a highlight in swedish TV history. The set up is very broadly that there are two teams; one red and one blue, sort of representing the two biggest political parties (one left and one more right-leaning, but still quite left). They then have different sections of the "game", and some of these were showcased here (with very little context, unfortunately). So, yes, it is kind of like mock the week, e.g. that they commonly ridicule recent political events.
There was actually a Swedish version of ”Would I lie to you?” many years ago. I don't know if someone uploaded any of the episodes anywhere, maybe not. Unfortunately I don't remember the Swedish name of the show, maybe something like ”Tror du jag ljuger?”.

A movie you should watch is Fyra Nyanser av Brunt (four shades of brown). To my mind this is Björn Gustafsson at his absolute best and I love this movie to bits.
I'll explain the bit about "hall" where it said (read the description). It is a word joke because "Hall" us both a famous prison in sweden and the name for the first room you enter in the house (and also the hallway). The host ment the prison but Per decribed the entryway.
I'm the kind of person that rarely laughs at comedy on film or tv (I laugh on the inside) but this had me laughing several times. I should binge this show at some point, it's very funny. Well, if I can find it, that is.

I think it's interesting to see the difference in comedy between the British and Swedish panel shows because I feel like the British ones are a bit more conversational whereas the Swedish ones are more about doing a bit in response to a question. It's one reason why I think the Swedish version of QI never really took off because the panelists were trying too hard to turn everything into a joke instead of just engaging with the topic and letting the humour come naturally.
