Its a scam basically he does through the paid influencers by showing the things the property does not have at all. And he will not take booking without 50% advance bcs he knows all the people coming at the property will not like it at all. Better book Oyo, they will provide better facility
From video and photos it looks so fabulous. And no doubt location is very good. But service and hygiene is questionable. No schedule was maintained for any meal. Food quality and taste ok ok. Dust in room and washroom, no cleaning. Bedsheets & pillow covers stinking. 6k per couple is very overrated for this.

Camping stays always have these timings, because most of the activities designed are for either evening or early morning the next day ☺️

Same here bro, we returned within a few minutes of entering the property and owner refused the money as well.
But we have not wanted to make our celebrations worst at such a place, so we accepted the loss of money as birthday comes once a year.
