My touchscreen on my 3DS got so bad literally the entire right side doesn't even work. Every touck is so far to the left that you can't play anything that could softlock you because you can't touch one tiny spot. Still hasn't diminished my love for the series.

Honestly the Pokemon Ranger games should have gotten more love. They were a ton of fun both writing and gameplay wise and they were a great example of how the spin off games that tend to try odd concepts tend to be some of the best in the franchise.
I mean, the storyline of Ranger series makes much more sense than being a 12yr-old beating an entire crime organisation all by themself. Also I love the fact that pokemon actually wanders around in this game instead of being tucked away in some bushes.
I remember physically getting on my knees as a child and crying because I couldn't capture Rampardos, and then doing it again during Drapion. I'm so surprised she practically skipped over that amazing 12 minute section where you sink their ship and have to escape, and you can LITERALLY DIE IN A POKEMON GAME
The wildest part of this game (and mystery dungeon) is the canonical passage of time. Like with most pokemon games it's possible to beat the entire story without a single in game night happening, its wild to be like "yes, time has passed, these events occurred over longer than a week

Tbh Team Dim Sun is like way more competent than even the main stream villains. It’s a wonder I haven’t heard of them until now. They got a solid plan, good lackeys, actually took back and threatened people, and a rockin battle theme.
Yeah, Plasma and Dim Sun were pretty good. The next game's villains were also incredibly competent as well; they had backup plans for their backup plans and had multiple admins that weren't even aware they were outranked. And they managed to do something no team has pulled off...

Honestly as an beginner animator, I wouldn’t even know where to begin animating that scene it’s so smooth and satisfying to watch haha!! Jaiden does have a team to help her with stuff but it’s still impressive nonetheless!

Scratch that, they’re actually more developed than most modern-day video game villains, in my opinion.
