Ive been waiting a good 2 years or more. Honestly cant remember.. to know what this engine is all about. Love the content. And the attention to detail you put into everything you do. And the new shop looks amazing. DO WORK SON!
Great to see you making progress. Building another engine will just be a minor distraction after all the fab work you've done. Love what you do here 👍🍻
Definitely try to find a later model roller block.. But its not hard to convert either. Love the channel man.. been a pleasure watching it grow to what it is!!!! Look forward to the next one!
Sorry to hear ya screwed over Kyle, to bad our Aussie Barra motors wouldn't fit. Hope ya source something soon, love seeing the bibster, work of mobile art mate
If you're on a budget with the motor build I would take the bare block to the machine shop and see if it can be bored ... yes you can go .060 over easily. I wouldn't buy a used engine unless I was gonna rebuild it or it was pulled from a low mileage wrecked vehicle. Of course a crate engine would be nice.
It never goes smooth with used blocks looking for a fresh 351? Go do work son! Good luck bud I hope you find one also what about the connecting rods and pistons you are gonna turbo it time to get what you really want also a nicer cam and valve train with springs to give you the most out of that turbo. You knew you were gonna build the motor after all the fab on that sweet body work at least you will know it will be everything you wanted on the hot rod bibbster. Fresh content for the masses as well can’t wait to see what you put in that new block!
Maybe a stupid question, but are those shock towers going to be strong enough?? It looks like you need a extra horizontal bar going from the top of the shocktowers to go back into the frame to give it rigidity? It seems it will flex like crazy if it stays like this..
69 Amps... nice! Sorry, man. I'm 50, but have the mindset of a 12 year old.😜 Sorry about that 1 cylinder messing up the show, man. I'm sure you'll find a nicer one out there. Anywho, great to see The Bibbster back in the spotlight.👍Have a good evening, Kyle.
I’ve always been Leery when someone talks up a motor and how it’s a race engine. Most of the time either they’re lying or it is and its been beat to hell. I wouldn’t go 60 over with a boosted application, you can re-sleeve the block. I’ve had a few blocks that 30 over wasn’t enough but 40 over got it
Nice! I bought a tig button a month ago. I got the hookup for everlast and miller becuase thats what i use. Everyone i talked to loves it. Anyway sorry about your engine. You going to take it apart and make sure its not serviceable or is it obvious?
MY SUGESTION is you run it with a hurt cyl. It doesnt matter that much really...and you still have to cut your teeth on tuning it and making power...which I have respect for you and all but the risk is lower with this...and its not bad enough looking to really have blow by issues (turbo sbf your going to have BB anyway). ez to trade in a diff motor later, 20 minutes right?
.030/.040 over is perfect .060 over its not gonna be very streetable cruisin idling . Overheating all the time choppy and hard to tune even with 2 wideband 02s !! Yup i tried it on a galaxie 351w switched it to a 351 .030 over lunati cam same sniper efi ..now i can dynamite the tires from a standstill without powerbraking it !
You've got some great content, but instead of cutting in and out or trimming most of your clips, it'd be better if you time-lapsed everything. One of my most favorite fabricating channels is B is for Build, and you guys have very similar content. Just an idea.
I have a serious question ❓ I just just found your channel today and I've been binging your show on Amazon Prime I'm on season 2 Episode 1 and I'm trying to figure out how you're gonna be able to get to your Radiator cap ? It seems tucked away in an unaccessible spot can some one enlighten me please lol
No Chevy makes a 350 or LS which is more popular. A 351 Windsor is a Ford engine my man here is keeping his build pure Ford aside from the modifications of course.
I thought real hard about it but didnt really doing any planning because I wasnt sure if it was going to happen. Figured I would just try to get some work done and try to bring this thing finished next year. May try to do Foxtober Fest though.
Just get you a brand new crate engine. The rest of the car is brand new and the cost of a crate engine will pale in comparison to the cost of the car and your invested time.TIME IS MONEY$
Texas speed would definitely take care of you on this engine....

you would really like the tig button. I've used it for a few roll cages now and honestly it's my go to option over mig. So much control.
Well that's a bummer. Its getting so close! I'm so excited for you man. Can't wait to see it fire up!!
Definitely try to find a later model roller block.. But its not hard to convert either. Love the channel man.. been a pleasure watching it grow to what it is!!!! Look forward to the next one!
Love the OG music from the original videos
If it were easy, everybody would have one. Keep moving forward. Awesome build. Glad to see you on it again.
You know that right
Thanks for the update love it.. been watching for ages.. hope all is good over there ❤ from Australia ✌
Been a while since Hustle Standard...... 😎
I remember when you introduced the Bibster as a 2 tone GT.
Those 2 bolt flanges on the headers are killing me every time you pan the camera by them
Why lol? Didnt see it?
I liked using the late 90's roller block 351's. For a factory block they will take good power.
Another great video 👍👍🇨🇱
Looking great!
You should cover up the hinge plate with a beauty panel and tie it in to the firewall.
I will
They take some getting used to for most using but there are hand controls for tig
I'd love to see more of the button down shirts on Killfab.com !! Need Me some new work shirts!
Its in the works
Sounds Like You Got JACKED Kyle, Sorry Bro, Hopefully You'll Get What You're Looking For Now. Have a Blessed Wknd Brother.
New Music 3min in APPROVED

Thanks...a Barra would be rad

yeah...its actually way more ridged than I thought it would be
@@Thefabforums Yeah i am no structural engineer, just curious...but love "the look" of the project so far!
Sleeve it you gotta keep it. its the og

Master Oogway: there are no accidents
“Yea it’s bored 30 over with a 3/4 race cam... it’ll probably make like 500” 😂 right!!!!
well looks easy to get that motor out of that thing lol
Ought to get your a switch that’s adjustable the more your push the more amps that’s what I use

One of my coworkers can get a Sonata engine out in under an hour. Then again, he’s had a lot of practice 😁😂
You "can" go .060 over but I wouldn't with a boost motor.
Crawling under car , you need a rotisserie .
Time for a Texas Speed long block.
I had no idea Texas speed built ford motors...
hey fab will you be running a intercooler
‘Standard 69 amps’... are they American imperial amps or metric standard amps?
Disassemble it set it out back in the weather, piss on it a few times, in the spring .060 over, 1/2 fill the block with Hardblok send it.....
Decent nose wipe on those Sunday gloves
You need a variable amp tig button! But tomorrow because thats Friday fool!
The Fronius torch actually has an adjuster on it

Might be easier to find a 351w out of a late 80s or early 90s f150. Same motor but could probably be had with less miles.
Sleeve it if it is just the one cylinder. probably actually make it stronger. those are getting harder to find.
Well guess ya need a late model rollor 351w
either one would work
I am from Plano Texas what part South east are you from my name is Matthew
Bummer dude
Put the 5.2 aluminator in there
Bibster came along way
Haven’t heard hustle standard in here in a while. Oh and did Brandon have your hoist?

P.S. Rad Car bub !! Hell of a great Idea !
One of my motos, "Nothings ever simple"... Well it seems like that sometimes. How about using a 302? Aren't they more plentiful?
deck height is lower on a 302 and Kyle has the front suspension brace bolted to the heads.
@@JD-fx1mb ahhh yeah. Oh well, have to hunt for a 351
yeah suspension, intake and turbo setup would fit. I like the idea of the 351 because it can handle a little more power as well.
@@Thefabforums 351 will handle a LOT more power ... bigger crank and the block is a lot stronger.
I havent been following this channel very much but is that a chevy motor?
No Chevy makes a 350 or LS which is more popular. A 351 Windsor is a Ford engine my man here is keeping his build pure Ford aside from the modifications of course.

Turn that one into a 427.
soooo , why no dubstep in the background while doing the 'live' action Kyle? lol

Thats what I have been looking at...most likely whats gonna happen
How bad is bad ? would a good hone job do it ? Mic it out and see if a 30 over do, don't jump right to 60 over !
I didnt say it in the vid....but it already has .040 over pistons in it
So once again someone claims “fresh” engine build. More and more honest people every day I tell ya.
lol...I didn't have my hopes up too high. I was just hoping it would at least be salvageable.
I've got a 35W out of a 1984 F-150 sitting in my 78 F-100. Its getting swapped out for a LS1 soon. Too bad i'm in Wisconsin.
Just use the motor. You`ll probably just drive the car
a couple of times every year
Time for a coyote.
2 bolt mains .????
andarilho
I can take any engine out in 20 minutes.
It might take a while to put back in though.
not .060 with boost
LS TIME!!
That sucks...
Getting famous off of comments day 257, so I can live the dream, live every day like it’s your last🚀🚀🤙
That $#!t is getting annoying
That’s a bummer to have cylinder wall screwed up.
LS time
Why wouldn’t you use an impact to tear that motor apart that’s why you busted your knuckles
