I have the same one.. just lossen the screws on the bezel and move the screen up a little.. then tighten the screws!

a tip: you can watch series on flixzone. Been using them for watching lots of of movies lately.

Does it slide in to the unit as you close the lid?......that looks like what it appears to do.
As many years as I have been building various arcade/ gaming devices, moving parts are always troublesome.
Especially cables.
The lack of hdmi out is a deal breaker

There are some very good things about this item. Firstly it should be quite easily upgradable using either newer versions of the Raspberry Pi or other boards using a similar form factor. Second, it looks like by using a few extension cables it would be pretty easy to fit both an external VGA output and a headphone port. The fan is also an easy fix. You could either put in a speed controller or replace it for a quieter model.
The big downer for me is the quality of the screen. It just looks dull and lifeless. While I suspect it is another easy fix, a 3rd party screen would be too much of an extra expense to make buying this unit worth while.
this with sanwa joy and buttons would be an aweseome portable arcade machine, dude now they released with the pi4 edition though we dont know if it is so an important upgrade
You gotta be real careful not to accidentally close the screen/cover after you put the joystick ball on. And keep pets away. Otherwise, the screen will break.
Very nice machine. You talked about the sd card not to ne corrupted, as it is a Pi version does any Pi images work?
You should swap the fan for one of those tiny Noctua fans
I bought one already a year ago with a Pi3. A lot of the IREM arcade games did not work. Did they fix it now?

The pi is better the then pandora . But for a portable pi I would go with one of the handhelds.

Wicked, I have one like this but it has Pandora 3D instead of recalbox..I don't think it's easy to install games on pandora box 3d..can I just wipe it out and install recalbox on it?

How are 18650 hard to find? The size of them are normed (18 diameter 65 length)

If you mess your card your device will not be useless. You have other options. If it was a Pandora's Box you would be F*****D not with the Raspberry PI.
