    Deliberately putting on weight, after fat loss phase a lot of lose skin at 56. Eating disorders history this will be first time ever. Prefer to look fuller than skinny have decent muscle but the saggy skin cripples my confidence .

    Good talk ...im EXACTLY at were your TALKING ABOUT...im in a calorie deficit, im strength training, protein intake is on point but the scale is STUCK LOL ....BUT IM NOTTT QUITTING IM STILL STAYING ON MY ROUTINE

      I've got the same thing going on! lol. 12 weeks in, lost 3 lbs (143-140) in the first 4 weeks, I've been totally stalled now for 8 weeks even though I've amped up my exercise regime. Same calorie deficit, more intense longer workouts, needle is stuck lol. My weight is just stuck at 140lbs.
      Goal weight is 132 for my wedding in April.
      I just keep on telling myself it's a long game, what I'm doing is benefitting my health and future self, and I already looked great in my dress that I chose. But still, you know, we want it all lol!!!!

      @@andreafryettstudio I WENT COLD TURKEY "CARINVORE ON MONDAY ITS MY 4TH DAY AND I HAVE ALREADY LOST 3 LBS SO I THINK MY EATING WAS INCORRECT...I WASN'T EATING ENOUGH FOOD IT WAS CAUSING ME TOO NOT LOOSE WEIGHT

    You know what a lot of peoples problem is which yeah you are completely correct on this one topic however weekends we can seem to trip everybody. And I know you must have touched base on that in other videos but if you could re-touch base on the weekends like every Friday Gibbs sort of like a motivational hey guys don’t forget not to trip up on a Friday Saturday and Sunday that would be helpful.? Thank you so much for all your videos.!

      I give myself 1 good eats meal on Friday or Saturday with my partner. It's not a blowout but I'll have a glass of wine and, gasp, maybe some carbs. That might be what's tripping up my numbers and why my weight is just not coming down, but I also know if I say no to that I'll be miserable and will just throw in the towel. One nice meal out a week on date night is my treat for an entire week of very careful eating. BTW, I do sometimes choose the salad still.
      I'll definitely check out her weekend video!

    Susan! I think it would be really cool if you (or your son..?) could also take on a challenge or document your “muscle gain” journey, maybe in vlog style videos or what I eat in a day videos..? That would be really cool! :D

    The emotions dont get to me anymore... but yeah, sometimes you dont like what you see... Weight went down nice and this morning was it higher than first day January... Holding much water...
    Because of the warm weather and thats keeping me holding the water... After few days it will go down to where it was ... but its not fun to see :)
