I'm going onto week 3 of maintenance and I cannot thank you and Jordan enough! I went through the entire Momentum program in the IC before I dove in. Susan, I was so so scared. I've been in a deficit for YEARS. You and Jordan gave me the confidence I needed to start and I am LOVING it!!

Found your channel looking for some encouragement and motivation. 1. I am 40 currently 29% body fat and I want to have the fitness/energy you have when I'm in my 50s. You are my new role model in this journey. 2. Not at the maintenance phase but wanted to say I love your wall color!
This has been really helpful for me. A lot more calories than I thought I could have. As a vegetarian I am looking for protein that isn't meat. That is particularly for snacks, especially with Easter coming up. I want to make an extra effort in what's left of Lent to go for more vegan protein but not these artificial meats that are in the shops these days. You are the most realistic of the fitness / weight loss you tubers I have seen.
I want to stay in maintenance and grow a bit of muscle. You said you can build muscle maintenance . Other people say you have to eat more to gain muscle. I don't want to do that. Just want to be healthy and have some muscle.
