    So I just watched the 1800 calories (150lb) eating vid, and theres me saying, but I only eat 1200, well now I log EVERYTHING!!! olive oil, tea, coffee, spices, milk, cream, - Wow was I surprised with the results!! Thank you, I was wasting calories on Lattes!!! -Thank you!!!

    I love the video, and agree with almost all of the suggestions. I bank my calories, I plan my weekend, but the bright line doesn'twork for me.. I'm a compulsive person. I can't just have 2 appetizers, I can't just have 2 glasses of wine. So, if I'm cutting, I just can't go to the event.
