I love the video, and agree with almost all of the suggestions. I bank my calories, I plan my weekend, but the bright line doesn'twork for me.. I'm a compulsive person. I can't just have 2 appetizers, I can't just have 2 glasses of wine. So, if I'm cutting, I just can't go to the event.

I treat the weekend just like the week because I can easily binge on weekends!
