The Old Factory | Sims 4 |

I am so honoured to be a part of the amazing #greenlifestylecollab created by the lovely @l91csims4 (on Instagram) 💚
If you haven’t already read about this collab, the idea behind it was to create two neighbourhoods in the Eco Friendly style, without using the new pack, as not everyone will have access to it. Of course, there are two parts to this new pack, not only the green, eco-friendly side, but also the grungy industrial side, which I’ve tried to show in this build!
"When the old cupcake factory closed down, old Roger used the last of his money to try convert the factory into a ‘hip’ new home, that would suit the up-and-coming Newcrest Eco-Friendly style. However, after a tragic pool-ladder-disappearing ’incident’ the incomplete old factory was left to his son, Anthony. Having no wish to join the Eco-Living movement, Anthony just wants to brood and write depressing music. His new song “Cupcakes bring the End” is sure to be a hit, he just knows it. But his new roommate Josh saw old Rodgers vision... and is now trying to convince Anthony to finish what his father started. Will Anthony complete the Eco Lifestyle journey? Or is he too deep down the industrial road to bother caring?"
