I much prefer this type of building videos than the usual speed build videos. The fact that it's in real-time lets us actually appreciate and get familiar with the space you're building. I can actually have a feeling of what the building is like, how it's like to be inside it, and so on. And to have a real-time preview of your building process is very interesting too. Besides, it's simply very calm and peaceful to watch your videos. You're my favourite youtuber out of all the Sims 4 builders now.
your channel has been such a delightful find. i've watched many sims 4 builders but you stand out to me alot. i love all of your builds so much and i appreciate how everything you do is so careful and intentional and realistic (well - as realistic as the sims 4 can get!), especially with the way you tie all the elements of the build together. it's like watching a real architect/interior designer build a real home. your videos are so relaxing and satisfying to watch and i'm always compelled to watch them until the end. just wanna say thank you for creating and providing us with the content that you make. :)

I wish I had the place with these windows and a coffee nook! About the wheel: it's usually on the level of a chair, because you use your knees to brace your elbows while working on it. It's a bit difficult if the wheel is placed on the normal table. I went for the class only once but can testify that everything else is to the point!

You mentioned books before - I'm reading When I Sing, Mountains Dance by Irene Sola. It's a beautiful book, set in Catalonia and written from the point of view of different elements of nature. "rotate me with your tool" ))) i am officially sorry for this naughty-talk ahah couldn't keep it inside) ok, this is my second favourite: adore lofts in general and your inspiration and reference checked every box) love the inside and was so happy when you got rid of those chimneys on the outside! love the natural light and the accent lighting) and the space sectioning worked perfectly well! the only thing (but this is my only one personal ick from all packs - laundry day..))) i try to avoid it ahah - i would have turned it into a gardening area, since there's not much growing around anyway - and the footprint would definitely grow! not a huge fan of second-hand furniture (just because of this episode with an armchair from "how i met your mother" lol) but i adored your concept with that sitting area - upcycling recycling etc) so the whole site seems at place and aligns with i guess all your inital anticipations regarding it) fuuugh ahaha that's a long one from me) hello from Ukraine btw)
I LOVE this build. Love how you think about everything. If you’re up to it, I would’ve loved to see the sim who would live in this place! All of their outfits and whatnot. It sounded like you created them in your head already. Also, maybe it would be fun to do a makeover to this place that fits into the green eco footprint developments in that neighborhood Btw, I’m going crazy trying to find the bed I want in the bedroom but can’t remember which pack it’s from. It has a bed frame like actual tree branches, curves a little bit. I think that would give more warmth to the bedroom.
