I have Acorn 180 curve with F6 error. Hand winding to move up few inches but still not working. Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Any idea how to stop it beeping every 20 seconds during a power blackout? I'm 30mins into a 5 hr outage and violence is becoming more & more attractive. It's seriously doing my head in!

You can reduce the volume of the beeper on the newer lifts , take it off the charge point and then swivel the seat , then press the down button a load of times on the remote and it’ll quieten down
The beep when you move will remain but the off charge beep will reduce significantly

Best stairlift I have ever had, but the wiring loom on the handle has broken again and my nightmare landlord refuses to get the guy in who diagnosed the problem.

Yeah the armrest issues are a known thing with them , easy enough repair for people who work with stairlifts , but for the end user it can mean having no lift working. I’ve probably fixed 100 armrests over the years with them lifts.
