This method works really well...the narrow spoon though I use the glowing one but I caught 2 trophy Walleye back to back at about 9ish in game and about 10 more walleye after that and one random trophy yellow perch
the basic silver narrow spoon 1/4oz #1/0 hook that you can buy with cash instead of coins works just as good if not better(i suck at sinking in the barbless hook). i am only lvl 17 (started 15) and currently doing this with a valuespin 6'3' rod with line weight of 3-6.5lb ..inspirecast 3000 reel..and fluoro.008 6lb test.. at night.. was casting off the dock facing middle of lake, usually aiming between the 2 pointier trees that look alike. letting lure hit bottom then having reel on 2 i did stop and go along the bottom .. almost every cast lands a walleye, lowest i caught was 1.9lb, highest around 3.6lb . never broke a line, never lost a fish (cept daytime i lost one after a long battle, was great)
What works best for me was the purple narrow spoon and just slowly reeling it in, about an hour I’ve made 12000$ I was so surprised, I’m like always broke but this method helps making a lot of cash$$$$
Sadly for me and having fished all night, neither of these sets which I followed to a T worked for me netting not even 1 Walleye, whether its a ps4 issue or this has been patched /fixed I just dont know. Nice vid all the same
I believe its an issue with PS4 and night fishing. I have been told by other PS4 players that they can't fish at night yet, and don't have many of the updates that PC players have. I still use these methods, playing on PC, and they still seem to work fine.

That's interesting. I got some night time walleyes and pikes from this spot. However, there is a different one that nets me walleye in almost every cast (300-600 bucks a pop) so I fish there exclusively. I use Purple Narrow Spoon as Black one seems to be much less attractive for my fish 😉
I use X2 bottom rods size #4/0 and #5/0 hooks and swap between float #3/0 #4/0 hook and spinning #1,2,3/0 to kill time, large minnows, small minnows, shiners, leeches and nightcrawlers to catch the big 4 and the yellow perch. Float depth around 40 inch, spinning I use yellow medium 1/4 and 1/2, narrow 1/4 purple 1/2 pink night,3/4 turquoise, pickerel love 3ft glow crankbait. I'm nearly level 31
Hmm...thats quite possible. I haven't bothered to pay attention to the night time temps when fishing for walleye, on Emerald Lake in New York, because I've consistently slammed walleye at night without any issues.
I think its different on pc anyways mate, im on ps4 and you can't buy the glow shade, i used the same barbless narrow spoon at night at 46 F and after 2 in game hours still no walleye, i can only catch walleye early morning 5-7 AM and all day long when raining every other time on ps4 is extremely rare, it be nice if you could do a ps4 guide as i think it is slightly different from pc, some things work some don't
This is why you can get away with 6# test line and still catch massive chains and won't get the red triangle of Death...lol OR, lower xp for using over powered equipment on certain types of fish.
I can only reach 60 feet with my float setup. I've got a 21 foot telescopic rod with 6lb braid line. which reel do I need and what do I need to do to get further out? I'm lvl 11. thanks
The weight of your tackle (bobber, bait) effects how far you can cast with a float setup. Rod length, rod action, and line weight does too....you might have to get a higher level rod (if there is one available to you) and try a chubby bobber to get some mre distance.

The bass in the everglades pay well. The pay for both bass and walleye is pretty similar, if memory serves me correctly. Personally, I enjoy bass fishing so I would choose the everglades over emerald as a matter of preference. Thanks for watching!
Is the night time fishing a standard feature on PC or is it a seperate DLC? We don't have the night fishing on PS4. We can fish past 9 PM but we dont have the fish 'time tables'. Another good video, thanks. Also, i've read that walleye bite more when it's raining.
Hi. I was on the dock at Emerald Lake last night. There were 2 guys pulling up with trophy walleye, one after another; all 3lbs+. Since they were standing on the same spot, they were glitched out, and I couldn't see where they were casting. Do you know the good spots for trophy walleye on this Lake? Can you do a video on this topic?

I’m sure higher levels will get more money at the higher level lakes, I started doing this at level 11, I believe it’s the best low level money making method in my opinion

I play this on the PS4 and I absolutley cannot catch any fish, I get hits and spoons and worms but I can't get a hook up, I catch walleye during the day, but as soon as it turns dark I can't get hook sets, and it seems to be on every lake or river I fish at night, its really frustrating
Could be a couple of factors...I've heard other PS4 players say they can't catch fish at all during the night time on any lake...something to do with PS4 updates being behind PC. Also, I've recently noticed that I get a lot of hits on my lures but have difficulty setting the hook....I started noticing this a few days ago after the recent PC update. Being a PC player, this is unfotunately all the information I can provide you.

I found going out on the kayak rental to the rock wall with the same set up you get Sauger easily. Sauger are worth more per pound than walleye.

Just seen a dlc pack for night fishing on ps4. I believe ps4 will have time charts past 9pm now. Where the hell do you get a “glow shad” ? Lol

i just fished at new york,4 walleys over 2 pounds and a couple pikes.i need a bigger keepnet,only holds up to 15 pounds
as of 3/23 has the night time ps4 bug been fixed yet before i go there for the 1st time

It's just pay to win you get some gear that makes it easier to catch fish, too easy I got the advance and deluxe just for the colors
By the way the advanced it's good for catching anything up to 15lb the deluxe has everything the advanced has plus it's good for up to 35lb

Its 2400 bucks to go to New york, if you catch 26 lb of welleye you will get 2400 bucks, so its almost a waste, since u need to buy the equipment..

I've found the walleye pay the best at the lower level lakes. Make sure you bring a good size keepnet or stringer with you.
