Sedum👀. Its 102 through 110 degrees here in zone 6 . The Sedum Autumn Joy in my landscape berm are taking the sun and heat like champs. It has a Russian sage hedge and some Switch grass to keep it company.
I call them my garden workhorse. I do a lot of chop 'n drop towards end of the season and last week during our unseasonable warm spell (Zone5 🇨🇦) I noticed about 20 new shoots of Autumn Joy popping up around my Peonies. After scratching my head for a moment I realized what had happened 😁 Now I have a bunch of new plants to start to create an Autumn Joy hedge. I also have one called Josephine that is a deep purple.

Sedums, a favourite in my garden! Great video - looking forward to one on the shorter variety.

Vorrei sapere come si cura ok
Im growing Matrona right now
Do any of these self-seed?
So far, the Dark Magic is the only one that has self seeded for me.
Did you do the ground cover sedums
No, not yet. Hoping to do a video on them this summer.
@@gardenhike ok hope you do them
But, when can you plant them??
It will vary depending on what zone you live in. I’m in zone 4 and our primary planting months are May thru September.
Great video, BTW I also have a small gardening channel!
I'll check it out!
