    I love how easy it is to propagate and move around, just cut it off and stick it into ground.

    Great video showcasing one of the late season 'stars' of the garden! I have many sedums and would love to get my hands on that Jade one! Thanks Heidi 😃😃😃

    I like sedum for the reason you mentioned which is late season food for pollinators at a time when many of the other flowers are spent. Thanks for an up close look at this cool plant.💚

    Thank you for these videos. The garden center near me has perennial hibiscus 33% off and your hibiscus video was extremely helpful in narrowing down from all the choices.

    Great video, I love all sedum. It's so tuff. About the first plant to start coming up in the spring. I have Autumn Joy, I had it for many years. I'm going to invest in getting me some different varieties. Thank you for sharing this with us. ❤

    Here’s my Sedum joke: Yeah, they are great but when you’ve seen one, you’ve sedum all.

      Funny but totally untrue! 😂

    • @MrDuffy81
      @MrDuffy81 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@fraukeg.facchini2691 I know I have actually learned that that is not the truth. Unfortunately, the deer at my house eat them all down to ground level so they actually do somewhat look the same and I can only grow low growing ground cover sedum.

      @fraukeg.facchini2691 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@MrDuffy81 That's sad, sorry to hear! The deer have nibbled on my old-fashioned Autumn Joy occasionally but it saved me from having to Chelsea Chop them to keep them from flopping. 😄

    Hi Heidi, I love your videos! I have a question about my hardy hibiscus plants. I live in zone 5b southeast Wisconsin. I bought 8 hardy hibiscus plants last spring. 4 were planted in the ground, and 4 were planted in pots on my deck. All of them are doing great. I would like to bring the 4 in pots in my house for the winter. I have done this with my geranium plants with great success. The geraniums were placed in south windows and west windows. They bloomed all winter and are huge now. Can I do the same with my hardy hibiscus? Thank you so much for all of your great videos!

    • @gardencrossings
      @gardencrossings  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, I do not recommend bringing them in the house. They need to go through winter dormancy f you want them to loom next year. I am guessing they are probably close to being done blooming now in your garden. They do not bloom all winter even if you did take them in.

    When you say it's 7 plants total do you mean 7 quart sizes or gallon sizes?😊

    • @gardencrossings
      @gardencrossings  ปีที่แล้ว

      These have been planted for several years so it wont matter if you started as a quart or gallon, either will get to this mature size.
