That is strange, as the correct process is to beat the main story then all the new missions. To confirm, you beat the novice tournament as well because Mr. Popo should definitely offer it after all that requirement completed.

I won a lot of tournaments but still I don't be able to unlock adept and andvance tournaments. Why they don't appear in mr.Popo shop?
Did you complete the Story Mode in its entirety? That was completed first before doing the tournament. Once completed I bought them in Mr. Popo shop.
