Thank you sooo much Snooplax for making that stage hack tutorial, ever since that Video dropped I've seen stages that you covered that were made by people that had help from it. In terms of rom hacking it was one of my dreams to see rom hackers expand on Smash 64 to this level, you really did do a lot for this community, again, thank you. Edit: I forgot to mention, 10k subs is a lot and I'm happy for you, but you deserve way more dude!
I hope they change Smashville's background to be more like the original Animal Forest. Biggest complaint is some stages don't fit with the era but it's amazing that a second page of stages is possible!

But Id have to say Dr Mario Falco Young Link And Ganondorf because from top to bottom is the amount of time I put into each of them. But besides that I'd still say Dr Mario is my favorite. Probably because I played alot of Mario in the original smash throughout my life, but that new down air and forward are so sick looking. I think Falcos side b from later smash games as a replacement for lasers is wierd to see but makes him stand out a lot more from fox which gets me excited for any mods that would be able to add more characters rather than having to replace them. And then the biggest thing that stands out with young link is the fact that holy crap, he can actually recover whenever he's off stage.
I personally loved the sounds in SSB64, And the Graphics of the characters always made me think they were pulled from their respective games of that time. Also i loved Fighting Polygon Yoshi, it's a raptor! And who can ever forget METAL MARIO, that monster could never be recreated in future titles, it just never felt the same as the OG, you can hear and feel the weight of METAL MARIO in 64.
Oh boy oh boy! I LOVE the look of The Deku Tree as a new level! That's what I'd totally include! Also the bedroom we see at the very beginning of the game! Those levels are keepers! I also am super excited u decided to include Dr. Mario! Have u ever thought of including Nurse Peach from the same game, "Dr. Mario"? 😂😃😉😁
I love how the stage select works, although i'd like to see the same thing done with the characters it's a shame we loose some with the hack. Looking forward to the day we have a hack similar to super smash crusade.
They found a way to do it on the level select screen, if they find a way to do it on the character select screen that would be an awesome game changer.

This may probably also be repeated to the Smash Remix channel: Why Deku Tree as a stage? There it seems to me a stage occupied in vain, because it is only a copy of Dream Land, better than they put another type of stage different. They can be creative when creating stages and I mean the playable. There are too many "clean" stages of clean / balanced struggles without a third party element such as tornadoes that intervene for good or bad and only depending on the technique. And people always played the same maps without those elements, reaching the point of getting bored of playing the same. I (and I think not only me) would love to be able to put new bonus stage elements into new stages (flying bumpers, mobile / flying platforms, lava blocks, explosive balls of the bonus stage 3, ect) If I had the experience like you in doing stages, I would be creating unique stages (but at the same time fun) that renew the generic balanced stages recipe as a Final Destination. Actually, under a cheat code, I played with people a bonus stage 3 (the one of running) we laughed having fun for those elements never used. Now, thanks for your attention. Sayonara.
It's so cool to have the Ocarina of Time stages in there. I would love to also see the DK64 stages in there that already exist and some Majora's Mask themed ones if those exist. The N64 era has a special place in my heart.

@@lemmingscanfly5 I think they can be but in this case you can see the animation is original. DK's faces away or toward the stage while Doc faces toward or away the camera.

I played it in my mupen 64 360 and it worked, but sometimes when the round over (idk if the problem is the level (Dr mario level and skyloft for while)) the emulation stops and crash my xbox 360. The problem probably is my emulator or...what? anyways, thanks for share it with us, all Smash fans. And sorry for my english, i am Brazilian.
Does anyone have the prepatched version uploaded somewhere? Since my copy won't be patched. It gave an error like "It's not the same version as developer's game" or something along those lines. My copy was the (U) version if that helps.

No, they're different. Also Docs dair has a non spike hitbox which I don't think DKs has.

I've tried the hack, but for some reason, the background for almost all of the stages appear as the smash logo.

When i play this on an emulator all the new stages are completely black. Normal stages already in the game are fine as are all the characters.
So i guess we’ll be getting lucas over ness unless the hackers can find a way to add more slots like they did with the stages
