We have a huge pickleball community here in Palatka, FL. The average age is about 68. Sending this to some folks from my church, who are in a tournament this weekend. If you could hit this demographic, I think you would explode. Only problem, technology does not come easy to most of them😆

It seems like topspin is resulting in misreading the speeds as slower than they are. Theoretically it is travelling further total distance if it arcs for the same distance away from the gun, so that might explain it partially.

Lead! I think there should be a lead taped 16mm Friday Paddle with a lead color scheme. I’d buy that. A paddle with weight that gives off a calm but strong feel
That Vulcan V550 is actually a monster, it's the first decent paddle I ever played with after trashing my starter paddle. Fiberglass, super elongated and top heavy. But it's garbage for spin and control.
Lead! As long as someone can serve 45+ and place the ball in a good place then they will have the advantage. Need to replace my paddle soon. I have been using a non brand paddle off Amazon and it is breaking. I feel my game can be improved if I use better paddle.
