Salt (or to taste)
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tnsp
Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Whole black peppercorns (kali mirch) 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick (dalchini) 2-3
Dried red chilies 1-2
Oil 1/2 cup
By leaves 1-2 (tejpatta)
Clloves 2-3 (laung)
