Tangy Meatball Curry / Kofta Curry
Ingredients
Meatballs
• Chicken mince 1/2 kg
• Bread slices 2
• Onion 1 small
• Fresh coriander 1 handful
• Ginger paste 1/2 tsp ( or use 2-3 cloves of garlic)
• Garlic paste 1/2 tsp (or use 1 inch ginger)
• Green chili 1
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste
• Turmeric powder
• Garam masala 3/4 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Paprika powder 1 tsp
• Egg 1
Gravy
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Onion 1 medium
• Tomato 2-3 (peeled and chopped)
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Garam masala 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
• Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
• Paprika 1/2 tsp
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
