I highly recommend people to listen to Buju's interview for themselves. I think it's not as bad as the titles suggest. There is respect and love for Africa. He talks about Lucky Dube and others from the motherland, paying homage. He acknowledges Afrobeats has arrived but clearly he wants more of a consciousness in the genre.

@munyaradzikarimazondo3206 I do understand exactly what he was talking about. The catalogue of Afrobeats is too big. Some of us choose to play on club tunes. On an album you normally get 2 or 3 bangers. The rest might be listening songs which are uplifting and haaite maHits.
