Simon Chimbetu was on a class of his own. His music was so original, well polished and one could easily relate to the music. The songs which drives me into a frenzy are Maneno yawongo, Simba nederere, Bvuma Kuombera, Kumarirangwe, Ndiregere ndiende, 10 million pounds and Sawara. Especially Maneno yawongo, blasting it on my good speakers, I feel like I will be flapping some wings. His personal journey is incredible, and shows great determination, courage and character. Chopper was a self-made man. Sulu's resemblance with his father is so uncanny. I see Chopper in Sulu and gosh, Sulu is such a good artist in his own right, very professional and his live band is a marvel to watch.
