AYCE wise, I missed Spring Shabu-Shabu in El Monte, recently found HP in Monterey Park that is very good too, love their MALA soup base, very flavorful, if you like spicy! They are now my #1 which used to be Shabuya in Alhambra Totally worth my drive from southbay!!
