Thanks for your interpretation of law. Although technically correct, now that you've made that statement the onus would be on you to support it with facts. Rather than interpret their laws, I have now been holding them to their burden of proof -- Asking them to support their claim against me. They claim their constitution and laws apply to me... Exactly what evidence would they be relying on that PROVES it?

Well 1st off was he driving in commerce or was he traveling on public road? Very big difference between the two as to how things are to be handled.
