- Here's something I have finally made due to commenters' suggestion and demand and because I wanted to, Tekken 2's Final Boss recreated in Tekken 7! This took a lot of work and patience to be finished so enjoy!

If tekken 2 ever got a remake, I’d wish that Kazuyas stage was like the opening FMV where it’s in a glass penthouse office with red carpet. The background would remain black, but whenever there was a lightning strike it would light up the background and you’d see the city in the distance

Why? I've only played the first 5 and the 4th was when I was a noob. The trilogy comes with 5 as arcade versions and they're terrible, stiff controls and fucked up ai plus pausing resets the game.
Tekken 5 is so fun, even still as a noob it's good but not as good as Mortal Kombat.

@@Euro.Patriot Start + Select took the game back to the start screen. Those were all local-player games anyway so what do you care? Way crappier games hit Steam/PSN/Microsoft stores all the time.
Thats also better for the casuals. I've saw many casuals tried Tekken 8 and they will never play this game again, because of the weird Story and the hard gameplay. A Tekken 1 Remake would be perfect for New Fans to understand the Story. And they can Do so much more With the tournament and the Characters
Since Jun's coming back for Tekken 8, I wonder if the story will end with Jun reaching Kazuya deep enough for him to finally expel the devil influence from his body and return to normal. It would be nice for Kazuya and Jin to have bittersweet but happier endings now that Heihachi's gone. He was the ruthless one, everything was him, he had to die. Maybe Kazuya and Jin can still be redeemed after everything with Devil and Azazel.

and tbh, idk, T1 and 2 kind of suck, Tekken 3 is when Tekken actually got good to play, so idk if 4 is really the worst one when 1 and 2 exist.

I think Heihachi will look like that in a remade Events of Tekken 2 because they did had some concept art that he still possess hair, but was balding at the sametime as his 4 head became a 20 head.
In this mode only one thing is missing t2 heihachi bald black hairs.
This was amazing to watch. To legitimately go through these great lengths to remake this is genius.

I absolutely love that someone finally did this!!! I had tried a few years ago to do this for both their T1 and T2 battles but life got in the way so I'm glad someone else had the same idea and did such a great job with it, better than I would've done, that's for sure! The only thing I would've done differently is have the old Heihachi model but colour his hair black as this would have been more accurate with how he looked in the T2 ending flashback seen in the T4 intro. Will you remake more iconic battles from the Mishima Saga? I look forward to them if you do.
If there is a lot of demand for more, then I sure will do.

This music from Kazuyas scenario is something to hear again
Feels like there’s still many unsolved mysteries concerning the events leading up and into the story of Tekken 2. Like everyone else I genuinely would like to know where did Kazuya become so much worse than Heihachi and how did he genuinely get involved with Jun. Hopefully, they finally bring Jun for Tekken 8
One fan interpretation I like is that Jun’s influence on Kazuya weakened him mentally and physically. The idea being that Jun was able to reach and impact the original Kazuya and it threw him off his game, distracting him and causing an internal struggle between Kazuya and Devil.
After Tekken 4, Kazuya has absorbed Devil into him making them one person, which also means he now is as evil as Devil. If they were ever to mentally separate, we’d see the Kazuya from back in Tekken 1 and Tekken 2 who was wasn’t wholly evil like Devil is.
Heihachi also has the most experience fighting and killing Devil Gene creatures, so him unknowingly getting an advantage on the distracted Kazuya in Tekken 2 and beating him is understandable.
@@IamCaptainMan I wonder if Jun returns what impact that will have on Kazuya. He had already had evil in him prior to meeting Jun. I also wonder if we could see Angel if so
@@deroistewart2548 That would be great, and at this point Kazuya is pure evil since he absorbed Devil. Jun might be able to unfuse their minds potentially.
well back then there was no devil gene........kazuya and devil were separate after making a deal with devil to survive the fall in order to get revenge against heihachi he sold his soul as a result after beating heihachi in the 1st tournament devil affected his evil actions and he got worse and worse over time but a meeting with Jun kind of created this good presence within him called Angel and basically Angel and Devil were waging a war for control of his soul and this internal conflict weakened kazuya including in the middle of his fight with heihachi to the point heihachi was able to defeat him after a long battle and threw him into the volcano.

You know honestly in my mind i always imagined that Heihachi finished off Kazuya using His neck snap move at the end of their fight during Tekken 2, also it'd be nice if during the course of their fight you got to see the inner conflict within Kazuya due to Angel trying to free Him from Devil's influence and having Him hesitant to kill His Father as a result, which leads to Heihachi gaining the advantage and defeating Him

Imagine if Namco remade the original 3 games called the Iron Fist trilogy but this way:
- Use the Tekken 7 character models and gameplay and remake the stages
- Use archive audio of the original VAs (including Devil's DUAL voice) except those who have died such as Daisuke Gori
- Leave the music as it was, both arcade and arranged
- Do prologues and epilogues like in Tekken 4 and remake the openings and endings entirely but include the original ones as unlockable bonuses with a theatre mode, including new endings for the boss characters in the first Tekken
- Leave Gon out of Tekken 3 for copyright reasons
- Make Devil Kazuya unlockable in the first Tekken by beating him as Heihachi
- Put Tekken Force mode in all 3 games but more like the one in Tekken 4
- Put Tekken Bowl in each game

Heihachi still looked like from Tekken Tag Tournment 2. He should be more bald at his head. 🙂 Other wise everything else is not bad and as same as Tekken 2.
Common complaint I've been receiving. I must confess that it was an oversight on my part. If I do something like this again in the future, I'll keep that in mind.

These intense Heihachi/Kazuya fights remind me of when I got DBZ Budokai 3 and it automatically unlocked Bardock as a bonus character because I had Budokai and Budokai 2 save files, I immediately fought Bardock as Goku in a vs match 😁😁 What memories ❤❤
If they ever remake Tekken 2 with the original tracks left intact, then I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Only thing missing is the mirror effect on the Devil stage
To me, it's the best Tekken theme ever along with the dark level. The final duel at the top of the zaibatsu skyscraper. I wish they made a remake of this game with the original tuxedo, voices and soundtrack. They could also expand the ending cutscenes as back then the plot made perfect sense and could be additionally remade for other characters like Ganryu, Bruce, Lee etc.
If they're ever going to do a Tekken 9 with Reina as the villain, I hope they remaster the first 3 games in this way while they're thinking up a good story for Tekken 9

When I was 6 I was excited to play Tekken 2. Was wondering where Kazuya was because he was my fav character to use in Tekk 1. So I use Law for the arcade mode. When Kazuya’s face came up on the screen it gave me the creeps, and I immediately turned the game off. So eventually I go through the arcade mode again. I look away as Kazuya’s face comes up. Once I beat him. I got the creeps times 20 seeing the devil face pop up on my screen and turned the game off again 😂😂. I didn’t play tekken again for another 3 months lol
