- Hello friends! I'm so excited to share my Fall/Thanksgiving decor in the kitchen, and also mother's recipe for the best pumpkin pie - hint: theres NO pumpkin, and NO pumpkin pie spice😉!
Her recipe for the crust and pie are linked here and will be linked on the blog as well. My youngest and I are making a sample pie in the video, but you definitely want to use her crust recipe. Let me know if you have questions!

Hi everyone!! I'm sharing the last of fall and fall/Thanksgiving decor in my kitchen! Also, my mother makes the best "pumpkin" pie, but it doesn't have pumpkin or pumpkin pie spice😉 I'll link the recipe here as well as a blog post with photos of the kitchen.

I think what I love most about your decorating style is the absence of decor from hobby lobby, home goods, and other retail stores. Everything has a memory or a story or is handmade. You are keeping the story of your family alive.❤

Thank you! The ones by the piano? There’s more info on the blog, but mother gave me the fabric, it’s a vintage Waverly, and she has it in three colors. There was just enough to make curtains for the French doors, and it’s similar to the curtains on the set of the Waltons, which is always my inspiration☺️☺️
