This is to me the very best MVP explanation video I have ever seen. Maybe I'm just too stupid, but I've seen Y Combinator etc. videos and they don't explain it like you did; just cut away the fat, get it out, validate, add features. Thank you so much for posting this :)
Amazing, absolutely love it! No doubt the way you transition from big workflow to MVP is really amazing. Very informative. Please keep creating such content! Absolutely Love it
This looks very much like an agile user story used on the developer side “As a [persona], I [want to], [so that]. I think this is a very approach to start it at the MVP level, because it focuses on the persona's goals while making the project traceable with a common language throughout the teams that will be involved. Well done!
Thank you for such a great example, everything is very well explained. When we were creating our startup, we asked to develop MVP Axisbits company, because we didn't want to risk
Wow, this is such a good example. I want to produce and deliver baby and toddler food, and help the young busy/working parents have a decent way of getting a high quality food for their little ones. This video is right along the lines of what i am looking for. Are you guys available for consultation?
Excellent video ... some great ideas... valuable tools & tips, a great investment of your time to watch if you are planning a business/ product or service launch!
Love the video, thank you for the content. Not sure if cats can be vegan, someone told me that felines needs meet (in a way if they don’t eat meet they die)
Attai Aziz he means talking to potential customers, figuring out what they use now, what they like and don’t like and building on that. Too many times, startups will go out and build something and having to shift strategies because they find out customers don’t want to use their product or it doesn’t actually solve their problems
This is cool. Why not ask your started target market for some money on the spot? Maybe get 2 or 3 customers in a day, and hit your money targets? Then do all the rig'a rolla after?
You're right about having to be subjective, but what you didn't mention was the evolution of an MVP. One thing you did was remove the non-vegan cat food option. Wouldn't it make sense to test whether this is a good idea? If your brand hasn't settled why wouldn't you 'cut and paste' your MVP and change vegan to non-vegan, deploy this and analysis traffic or include both on different pages and analysis traffic? It was a good video, but it didn't make enough of the idea that an MVP is there to change - to grow, shrink or modify your idea in some way. You vegan cat food product may be cutting a bunch of lazy cat owners who would use your site, but only use non-vegan cat food out of your potential purchasing pool. Again, it was a good into, but the evolution of an idea tested via an MVP is an important element too.
Hi.My name is yoshiii. This video is very study at MVP. I want to make Japanese subtitles for this video. I look forward to the Japanese users too. Please allow me to create subtitles on TH-cam.
I saw lots of ducking and weaving, but no genuine validation? Did I miss something? Putting a few bucks into Google and seeing the response wasn’t it, surely?
I am in this phase currently and want to prepare myself thoroughly. I like his video and an article: graffersid.com/validate-idea-developing-reality/. If you can recommend me some more to work on, it would be great. Great video BTW.
This is worth far more than your Eleven Minutes of time to watch. And, it's what every project team needs to practice.
Finally someone really understood, How to teach concept which are practical in nature. Thanks a ton.
This is mind blowing! Awesome!

Thank you for such a great example, everything is very well explained. When we were creating our startup, we asked to develop MVP Axisbits company, because we didn't want to risk
"Do they need organic or vegan cat food" yep, this is definitely filmed in Melbourne.
master class video to designe a great process .Great stuff.
In 2013, wow! Most of the top startup school channels even can't explain half of this clearly. Please make another video with more examples, please.

Hi, is MVP part of Scrum?
"Butchering your baby feels like a sad and nasty thing to do-but it's really really important"...
I relate to that hahah
Impressively articulate.
very good speaker. good job.
very informative and helpful. Super great example, thanks!
Thanks Buddy..!! Well Explained
Excellent video
Love the video, thank you for the content. Not sure if cats can be vegan, someone told me that felines needs meet (in a way if they don’t eat meet they die)
Great work there!
The best I ever seen MVP explained.
Really great
Amazing video! Really well said, to the point and clear. Thank you for the new perspective 👍
Thankyou 🙌
I lived this video. Thank u
Thanks a lot, Great speaker and nicely explained!
You should validate even before you build an mvp. This is more of a prototype than an MVP I think.
Great video though!
What do you mean by "validate" eh?

nice job mate
Very informative, great job!
shouldn't price come before the decision?

This video is so helpful, thanks!
Amazing
Well spoken
Much better than Y combinator on MVP
great thanks!
excelent thank you!
Thank you.
Thank you
Who are you? Would love an intro so we know more about your experience
I found this MVP concept very interesting way of testing your assumptions and the market.
Tremendous

50 dislikes are from people who sell mvp templates.

Didn't know they would feed vegan food to the cats in Game of Thrones
Girişimciliğe ilgi duyuyorsanız @sıfırdangirişim TH-cam kanalına da göz atabilirsiniz 😊
🔥Nice video! I have also done a video on MVP, happy to get your feedback! 🙏
I saw lots of ducking and weaving, but no genuine validation? Did I miss something? Putting a few bucks into Google and seeing the response wasn’t it, surely?
ah..

Excellent video! Thumbs up, but... Vegan cat food? lmao Cats are carnivores.
Vegan here. Please dont force vegan food on cats. They will die. Cats are 'obligate carnivores'...they need meat!
vegan cat food??? come on...
Vegan cat... Lol. Cats are carnivores and a vegan diet would kill the cat.
Really great
