newjeans mentioned that their arms got so sore from learning this choreo that it was difficult to wash their hair in the shower at first, but now they’re used to it. newjeans must have the strongest arms in kpop now after this comeback hahaha
I prefer Haerin’s style of dancing because she executed them all perfectly beautiful. The way I see her can be compare to an beautiful art. There is a distinction in her movement that’s not present at the other four members so my eyes naturally shift back to Haerin. Haerin moves with feminine elegance appeal. No excessive add-ons, but only precise and clean interpretation of her dance to the music.
Not only is the synchronization fantastic in the rap section, but the choreo is arranged so that there's a move for nearly every syllable. As you watch, it just pops.
What’s crazy is ADOR has kept the same 2 choreographers from debut until now for every single song - Jei Kim and BlackQ as performance director and choreographer. They recently added coojeri to the team. Not sure how often this is done in K-pop but they have a dedicated same few choreographers working with all newjeans stuff, probably training as well.
Their choreo is black.q or black q (I think he is also the guy in the actual MV that is the aerobic instructor, can't really say because of camera angle and bandana he wears but kinda looks like him tbh) edit: nah, it isn't him in the video, looked better. but that would've been a cool touch if it was him hah

To my knowledge their main choreographer has been Black.Q for all of their releases so far.
