My favourite PfE team build (especially for rogue agents and Countdown) is Firewall shield, perfect Opportunistic/Scorpio, Cartharsis mask, Obliterate for a bit damage, Belstone and some regen, 5 blues and improvised for 72% PfE. It's more a tank build (it's hard to kill me and i always try not to protect the enemy) so it pulls aggro and gives buffs for the team with the shield and Opportunistic. Would you change something in the build?
the reason i mostly go adren/intimidate for my shotgun pfe builds, is that there arent many chest talents that work well for shotguns, for instance obliterate as you have there will need 25 shots with a crit in it to stack to full, making it not usefull, it is not per pellet like strikers and hb, but per shot for obli. so while opportunistic is nice, just to have that intimidate i go with something to trigger that. as if you want to keep that setup you will be better off with even something like vanguard as a group/self support over it.
it is not that it is worthless, the way i said it is that it isn't not worth it, the reason is that if you go too low with pfe, you are giving up too much without gaining enough. as i said in the video, around 60 is the minimum i would even consider, at 70 it is ok and at 80 it is good. that is because it is a percentage reduction to incoming damage, like most other games do resistances, you need to have a decent amount of it for it to actually give benefits that offset the costs. at 50% and below you give up dmg without it really helping you survive enough.

I have had the best luck running 7 red Strikers and one Cavalier with Lavoisier and Pointman. Highest completion rate with those for me anyway. =)
