Good to see you back making videos, P’Joe! I was getting worried about you. Just a little suggestion, when you turn on the camer, count to three in your head, and then starting with the Sawasdee Krap (etc). Why? Well I don’t think the can you use starts recording straight away and we get you saying “Crap! P’Joe in Pattaya”! I think that’s what we say if we see you on the red exploration machine, just before we hide! Keep up the good work and never stop exploring!

I can never get my head around all the empty condo buildings, and then seeing tens of millions being spent on building new ones. The beautiful new milenium condo building on 3rd road, is completely dark at night not a light on except pool lights on roof. Got to ne an interesting story there. Very strange

So many derelict and unoccupied condo buildings in Pattaya, yet they just keep building more! Frankly it's a sin to destroy the environment by building these things. Concrete everywhere! No wonder property sale prices are so low in Pattaya, assuming they can find a buyer at all!

A new restaurant is being built next to View Talay 7 on Dongtan Beach in Jomtien. Just off Beach Road. To the right of View Talay 7. When I was there in January 2023, the shell was just being built. Can you please tell about it?
