Pjo, the accommodation should be so much cheaper than what they charge, impossible for them to fill all those rooms through out the area!
The Thai's simply don't understand the concept of a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush!!!

Great areas to explore. I do not drive so I will definitely be central! I will still visit all the other areas when I can.
I live in Arcadia Beach Continental, 27 sq metres at 9000 a month. Despite there being over 1000 condos it is very quiet and also well maintained. I like the neighborhood and Pattaya and Jomtien are fairly close.

Diamond Suite condos are a decent size compared to some of the shoeboxes they are building in Pattaya these days...
Buying a condo as an investment has never been a thing since i come to Thailand. Ill be back in two months and got my regular booking in the Grand Avenue. looking to book a year in the building you are staying in Joe. Assuming you ares still in the area of course 🙂
