Dave, here's something that has made me consider buying this pen. Back in 1988 we had here in Australia, our Bicentennial. One of the many events celebrating the event was the bringing of the Flying Scotsman to Australia. The train arrived with a crew from the UK, and for some of its journey in Australia they would have an Australian driver, and that driver was my father, he was one of the few train drivers in Australia, at that time, who had experience driving steam trains.
Hi David, wow that's a really good story! For your father to be part of that history. Flying Scotsman does quite a few tours around the UK and I have seen it a couple of times driving home from work. I actually got the chance to race the Flying Scotsman one day as the road ran parallel to the railway line. Still to this day I'd love to go on the Flying Scotsman, maybe one day soon!
You missed 2 of the best designed bottles: Waterman and Akkerman. The first can be tilted on it's side for filling and the Akkerman has a shape so that ink can be trapped in the top with a marble for ease of filling. Thx for the video, good work.😊

I'm still thinking about getting a blue one of the Flying Scotsman, although I think I'd still prefer the green more.
