And it also depends on the content you are watching. If you are watching a 10-bit video then only you can have some use of it. And most platforms like TH-cam, Prime Video, Netflix don't have 10-bit or 12-bit content on them. So no use of it.

You would find the difference only if you play 10-bit encoded Media or 12-bit encoded media on dedicated displays. The difference is huuuuugee and you can see through your own eyes

You can easily see the difference in dark scenes or sunrise scenes in Movies. 8 bit shows cloud shaped bands of different colors while 10 bit display shows it as continuous. Of course TechyPathshala is not techy at all. Unsubscribe for sanity.
