The US economy is tied to a large degree to the EU economy. A Russian victory in Ukraine will also bring the US/NATO one step closer to a war with Russia, not in the next year, but in the next 5 to 10. There is no down side to supporting Ukraine in it's fight, and only negative effects if we don't.

@joeandthehogottago1671 She absolutely is a journalist. Clearly, you've not followed her career... Interviewing political figures to flesh out the news is typically a journalistic endeavour. Talk show hosts deal more with celebrities, largely not in the political or governmental sphere.

They are reportings of fact, accompanied by the ANALYSIS of people with real-world experience, talking about what history has taught us when events like this occur. They have people who have argued before the Supreme Court, for example, telling us how events like this worked out in the past, and how they are likely to affect us. It's not just celebrities saying that they like or believe one side or the other. The hosts are often lawyers or former politicians who have been there, done that. For example, Michael Steele is a former chairman of the RNC. They interview Congress members from both sides (for example, Ken Buck). They research historical events, and report the results of what went down the last time such events took place (Rachel Maddow).
If you see this as "opinion", so be it, but it is based on facts, and these people are infinitely more qualified to provide context on them than pretty much anyone here...

Are they agents or merely assets? I'd be willing to bet on the former. The question then becomes: just how many Russian agents do we have in congress? There absolutely needs to be an investigation but I'm skeptical of Garland's DOJ.
There really needs to be a thorough investigation of the House Judiciary Committee. This is very dangerous what they have been doing. Personally, it is very hard for me to believe that they didn't know what this Russian guy was doing.
