    Great video! Your honest review and experience will only make the product better. It’s likely whoever represented for CorkSport has very little experience dealing with customer service…would’ve, at the very least, bought them some time by simply saying “we’ll look into the issue and get back to you ASAP” instead of completely ignoring your concerns. And now that they have a fix, CS should send you a free sway bar or some other product and apologize for the poor customer experience…it’s never too late and a small price to pay, and your current and future customers will thank you for it.

      yea i agree but it is what it is. most people have good experiences with cs, it’s just my luck i guess haha. i just stay away from cs products now

    Stock muffler is super heavy!! Love the corksport!! I have the axle back on my mazda6 gt reserve and noticed a big increase in top end!

    Awesome video! This video has shown a genuine review of the product and good heads-up on what to experience upon purchasing and installing the exhaust system. I plan to purchase one myself due to having a sedan model. Most videos on the purchase of the product just so them as stock and then with the modification so I appreciate your time and effort on making this video! Shoots then!

    Man, I'm glad I watched this. Great job providing updates at the end. I definitely won't be buying this exhaust and I was damn close to pulling the trigger on it.

    • @marsmazda
      @marsmazda  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      it’s still a good exhaust but sadly the only 3 inch one on the market. if hks makes a 3 inch i’ll definitely go with them and replace this one. corksport also sends out extended hangars now to fix their clearance problems. the experience i went through with them was kinda shitty which stops me from buying more products. ur experience will prolly be better

    It is emparitive to do a visual inspection after any installation, and yes working with Jack stands can make it a tight squeeze depending on the size of the jack stands I'm most likely going to try and use my oem hangers since I have a 2024 turbo3 enjoy the the exhaust. And I would invest in the e85 set up as well with the 1 step colder plugs big difference in wtq and bhp. I'm currently just doing 2.5gl e85 and 9.5gl 91 Octain with an corksport SRI. Thanks for the video.

    • @marsmazda

      ya all i heard was good things about corksport until i bought my first product. no precise measurements and bad customer service lol. i think the 4th gen only has so many companies making aftermarket parts, we need actual japanese companies so we can get quality. i’d rather pay once cry once for quality than install this exhaust which who knows what other headaches it could cause.

    • @dannymurphy4292

      @o3nisoaso3 I just don't think people know how long Corksport has actually been around, for I remember seeing them around since late 90's -00's. They had parts for the mazdaspeed. Godspeed has been around for a while, also. Not every after-market part is gonna fit, right either.

I LOVE IT, makes the car feel how it shouldve from the factory. more aggressive boost, spools faster and sooner, and then add the intake and exhaust its probably about 300+hp. its not gonna be an STI killer, but maybe with the release of a turbo down pipe, a rear engine mount and possibly some lighter wheels i might be able to get into the low 5s 0-60
